I think it is not a managers job to make a website better or just more legit or anything like that, not even fix the problems, their only job is to do what they were given and if they see anything shady going on then getting out with a warning.

I agree that these type of newbie accounts ending up making accusations, it rarely holds any weight at all. Look at the previous ones and you will see how it lacks the proof part and when they get a response they somehow do not accept the response as legit, casino told you what the reason was and you not accepting that reason has absolutely no power at all, nobody cares. If the reason was a bad one then we would all be against the casino of course, but it is not, you did something against the rules, so you will face the consequences, it is that simple.

That's what I mean, when they make accusations but their accusations are not based on valid evidence, it is the casino itself that benefits, because you can be sure they will be able to refute all the accusations that point at them. Just noticed that there is a new game namely "Duel Poker". I was not expecting that they will have another "duel" game type but it is reasonable as it is like that duelbits want to expand their own branding "DUEL" and it will strength their own character to make it different with other competitors. I will not be surprised if there will be other new "duel" games in the future, maybe duel blackjack, crash duel, etc.   

I assume you are from a country where the live stream is available for duelbits users to watch, because so far the live stream is very limited but pretty sure it will be available for many countries in the future, and it's true that duelbits continue to do development for its users and it's quite fun to watch.

99% of this accusation are from users that busted their account on promotion abused and some are those lose huge money that can’t move on. The beauty on the forum is all accusation is judge fairly based on the evidence provided by the user. Regardless of the casino reputation, all scam accusation is looked based on the evidence provided which makes it fair to everyone.

I don’t view a scam accusation as defamation because casino can use it as good publicity to them if they can prove themselves that are right. Those false accusation doesn’t have any bearing on the reputation of the casino here in the forum.

There's always people trying to play accusations card against casino but if casino is legit like duelbits they will have all the evidence to shut them up and they themselves leave it after some time as we have seen in this thread also because they realise their fake claims won't help them do defame casino.

actually there is mate because if something bad happens in project that he is managing specially Duelbits that he is handling for years now? at some point this will have impact to his reputation but of course not that damage but still have some reactions if he will not act accordingly to address the issues.
Fake or not , the company must act because with that everything will be clarified and yes this is needed with this big forum like Bitcointalk.org

They respond to those who have some claim and showing some evidence otherwise there are many fake accusations against casino without any base just crying because they have lost the money so they won't respond to them and ignoring them is best option.

No, there's no relation between the project he managed with his reputation, but surely he will care and contact the support of the project in order to sustain the project for long term. There's no way a good project will avoid to answer and resolve the accusation or complaint toward them.

When there's an accusation created about a big casino by newbie, most of them are only fake accusation because the gambler broke the casino rules or he lose all of his money that he have gambled.

for how many times that we have seen him directly contacting the team for whatever needed for response , and sometimes? the case is resolved without answering in the said thread because of fast action from the team and manager.

That’s nice to hear but that has not always been the case. There have been weeks where OP would not log in and respond to any issue or accusation. All issues eventually got resolved, which is good. When you have an issue and livechat doesn’t answer anymore, a last resort could be to contact Hhampuz as he has a good contact with the team and is really active.
