Unfortunately, it is not like that in every casino. In almost all smaller level casinos, or even at some of the big ones, you are redirected to a mail right away, which means even if it is something small then you are forced to mail them and wait for a response, that is going to be something bad for sure.

I am not saying that it's going to be an easy way out, but it is clear that we are going to end up with something that is not going to be that easy for the rest, which makes it better for duelbits. They at least have the chat staff for things that are easy, yes the part where developers take care the important stuff via mail is everywhere, but chat for simple stuff is not available in all casinos.

I mean they have to go back and check everything and fix the issue and you can't expect that to happen in a single second, or even in half an hour. But, when it comes to helping people with some serious problems, that would require time and duelbits goes through emailing back and forth until they fix it, that seems to be the best case to handle it and I find it quite good in the end.

I wouldn't join the contest because it's obvious only high rollers will win the contest, I didn't even reach the highest tier in a casino where I usually played for long time, so there's no chance I could reach top 70 players against every gamblers on the world. Well, to tell the truth, I haven't had much to say about Duelbits support, they have always been very friendly, and so escalate the case to a larger operator, they have always been very fast, nothing has happened to me in less than 2 hours. everything turned out, for me they are very dedicated to their customers, and I think that unless a problem is very, very serious, you can skip the live support and they can solve it here, although here the forum is an infallible option to solve the problems of the casino, I think that it would not scale beyond the support of the casino internally, well I say this from my own experience, because there really is nothing that can get out of hand, the casino is very responsible and very dedicated to its players.
