Rollover is a good solution. Provided the conditions are not too strict. It is not going to be a long-term promo, for 2 weeks period it sounds nice and I doubt the promo budget will break its target in terms of financial costs. The affordable marketing budget can be spend on this promo and they can filter accounts with some turnover/deposit limits btw..
