About the art contest, I still think that in-forum contest is still a better option than twitter contest. Because here, cheaters are punishable with red tags, therefore preventing stolen artworks or multiple accounts. In case of cheat, this forum also has many users who have excellent knowledge of artworks, so the probability of cheaters getting caught is higher. Twitter is more suitable for giveaways to get follow, like, and retweet. It might be subjective, but I think the result of the previous art contests also better. 
Exactly like in forum if you are caught cheating in any of the art contest or making bad remarks on other's work and saying this was not fair they will get red trust and as seen many times @Hhampuz have banned the users from participating in next contest and everybody else can see it but on twitter it's hard to do such things.So i usually takes part in in forum contests only.But I think the art contest on the forum will be controlled because some shorts will do routines to allow anyone to cheat but if there isn't then it will work properly.
But now all promos, contests, giveaways are mostly done on twitter maybe because there are more followers to know about it.

It is sad that people are also cheating in art contests but eventually they always get caught; it is in both artcontests (for Duelbits and Roobet) that people got caught by cheating or enrolling alt accounts.
This is greed and they take other people's art and then only slightly edit it so I think about this will definitely be found out too if the results are not the owner's own, whatever the art contest it must be made by hand because this is a work of dedication for Duelbits who held the event but now Duelbits has changed the winner.

Yes, the supposed 3rd winner used a stolen artwork, thats why I replaced him/her. Honestly, I lose hope already after the announcement but the situation turned around.
