As long as you can control yourself then its not a problem because its your money, and as a gambler we are aware of the risk and prepared whatever the outcome is.
Its not easy to win and hit a high multiplier in slots so everytime I feel that its not a lucky day for me (for having consecutive losses), I will try the games requiring skills for a change. Then switch back again depending on the mood and in my budget.

this is a great advice but for many people most easier said than done
when dopamine hits some people just think about making more, just one more win,
up, down, up, down...
sometimes the game is more important than its consequences
Yes that's a fact I admit sometimes I get carried away by the game that could mess up the first plan even though I'm one of those people who can control myself at one time finally provoked too. oh yeah by the way, watching live streaming too often can sometimes mess up our gambling patterns we are more likely to imitate their way of playing than our own.
It also happens to me many times, even if I say that I can control myself, but I lost that control many times.
But I realize that is because of my own mistake and not trying to blame the situations because if I do that, I can get mad and not accept my losses.
At least, we can start to control ourselves and still try not to get too deep into the games so we know when to leave before it is too late.
