Hi all. I was withdrawn my funds exactly a week later. And there was no answer from them

What does their support staff say, do you have some screenshots? I also needed to do KYC but that got quickly approved (in less than 24h) and after that almost all withdrawals were processed almost immediately!

Edit: just saw the most recent screenshots you posted. I think the only thing you can do is to wait, I know nobody likes to wait, but you will receive your money.

Well some gambling sites has their own dedicated support staff that is able to check your account while they have a conversation with you as for some other sites like Duelbits, I think they probably use a 3rd party support staff hence all these 'support staff' that you have been in contact with have no information regarding accounts in question so they usually ask you to wait until the cases are solved because they have no clue about those cases at all

I still contact their support agents every week but they only tell me to wait, there is no update for my case. Your case is different since the job requiring your problem is not originally intended for the support work. There’s a warning message on the deposit address once you open the deposit page.

Your best chance is to get the attention of Duelbits representative so that he will find a way to personally follow your case until it's finish. Your case is a bit not top priority since the mistake is from your side and it can be considered as loss already due to the warning message as reminder before you deposit.

As far as I know, the person who process KYC with support agents are different people, that's why support agents often can't provide details on when the KYC process is complete, but it doesn't have to take that long and I also experienced the same thing, although as far as I remember, it didn't take more than one week, and The casino should be able to process it quickly and if there are deficiencies, for example images that are not clear and so on, they should be notified immediately to the user so that they can send a clearer image of the document again, and usually duelbits will notify us via email or when we log in to the account there will be a notification about the process KYC in progress. This is right, potential violation on ToS is the common reason why someone account undergo KYC for investigation. There’s various reason that team being considered such as money laundering, bonus abused, arbitrage bet and different form of abuse that’s why investigation sometimes took so long since they check different aspect of the account when someone display even the slightest hint of violating the ToS.

well , there might be something in your activities or account that the triggered the system , but if your account is safe and does nothing wrong then give sometime and surely it will resolved mate.
I also think it's possible that there might be activity that triggers the system and in the end it asks for KYC on the account, but if the system doesn't detect anything strange maybe it won't ask for KYC, who knows, the system detects money laundering or the user does something that he thinks is fraudulent. , but I don't want to accuse him and draw further conclusions about the problem that clearly patience is needed.

I am also sure that Duelbits will process and solve all the problems including processing the withdrawal if everything has been completed, there is nothing that can be done to make it process faster, maybe an in-depth examination is needed to process it, no one knows the real problem, so be patient is the key to the answer as long as it doesn't take weeks.

That's odd. Several days have already passed which is unusual if they haven't given you a proper update yet considering the fact that the amount involved in this case is pretty small.

It would be better if someone from their team could clarify their side in this thread to provide better insight into this case.

My KYC verification the first time I verify my Duelbits account took more than 7 days to be verified. Ofc it varies case to case basis but I experience worst waiting time like this on different casino.

The waiting for approval while you needed the balance already is surely killing him now that crypto market is starting to show some action especially if he is trading too. Nevertheless there’s no define time on the approval of KYC duration, It’s very hard to to establish a complain since we don’t know what’s really the standard approval time since it’s varies.

@CALcaraz, I highly suggest to use the live chat support to continuously ask for an update so that you can assure that your approval will be escalated to the right department.
