Why is my account gone...? And why is my order (#57796) not being confirmed? The payment already has 12 confirmations.

Is it customers problem if the shipment is lost during the delivery?
The website gave me the impression they will replace it, unless they think you are trying to scam them (didn't put it in those words).

Ordered from this site. Made the mistake to order smokes without having sufficient bitcoin on my account. This what happend:
1. 1 order got cancelled (because I was too late to pay for this order)
2. Created a new order and paid for it in time.
3. New order got shipped, other order got cancelled.
4. Had contact with company and told me everything will be alright,
5. Everything was alright, 1 order got cancelled an other order shipped.
6. Received smokes pretty fast.

We don't think shipping alcohol is a viable option since it's fragile and heavy - the shipping cost would outweigh the cost savings.
Maybe with shipping cost, it can be cheaper than some countries' alcohol prices. Some countries want to add too many taxes fo alcohol.
Got mine today (I'm UK based). Ordered last Wednesday, they came today. They taste just like the UK ones, and the tar and nicotine are the exact same amounts. Literally can't fault the service.
