With regards to the shipping time, your previous order really did take longer than average to get to you as it only takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive to the USA, so fingers crossed for the next one!

If you order more than 2 they send it 2/1/2/1/2 per day I thought. I always order 3 at once. Most of the time I recieve them on the same day, 1 by mailman(who was suprised he also deliveres cigs

) and other by parcelservice.

The website gave me the impression they will replace it, unless they think you are trying to scam them (didn't put it in those words).
