Yups, dat's da ting - you got one village here - braddahs, sistahs, aunties, uncles, etc.
If not already family, everyone know everyone, or everyone's business on da coconut wireless.
You cannot hide here in the islands - it's too small, connected and inbred.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said they can't do much against individuals (they could have if DZ ran this as a corporation of sorts) however they suggested taking it to court.

I have recently become quite impatient at DZ's inactivity and am ready to get his ass served. So...

Here's DZ's real-life ID: Jason Badua
I confirmed it with thomas_s.
I found all his address/phone/email info here in this lawsuit (mainly under the 'billing address' info) he took up recently against a bitcoin miner manufacturer:
http://www.deanslyons.com/PDFs/2014-03-25-Plaintiff-s-First-Amended-Petition.pdf

I've been emailing the addresses he has listed in this without reply of course for a couple weeks now. Haven't tried the phone number listed though.

Out of curiosity, who all of us had stakes in this non-refunded nodes? I only had 100 in node 3. I know Otoh probably had the largest.

Attention, fellow monumental assholes! I'm more than welling to do the legwork provided I'm given something to work on.

Depending on what's owed, I'm sure you'll find Jason's assets on selves adjacent to BFL wares at Aaron Wendel's facility.

Wanna see something funny?

I wanted to warn the WHT community. Recently WholeSale Internet registered joedatacenter.com a variation of my domain joesdatacenter.com and has it re-direct to their website wholesaleinternet.net. We are in no way affiliated with them. I can only assume they have done this to confuse potential buyers or steal customers trying to purchase from Joe's Datacenter. This is not only bad business practice but also possibly illegal.

Aaron Wendel, Joe Morgan and Josh Zerlan have been sucking on each other's Popsicle (with apologies to Hal) stick for years prior to the advent of Bitcoin. Ironically, all four of CoinWares entities are utilizing Wendel and Mogan's facilities... and then some.

Now, Joe claims to be suing Aaron, BFL no longer ships to Joe, but to NimbusMining, et al., and LiquidBits is suing HashFast while they await in BFL's queue like a good ol' boy to get their Monarchs so that they, too, can operate at a further lost. They, along with Netsolus, are in line after HashTrade (not HashFast) receives their multi-million dollars worth of Monarchs.

Pretty fucked up, eh?

On top of all that, I got this via PM early this morning:

So you never did answer me as to why you can't stick to posting facts.  Why do you continually resort to lying over and over in your posts about me and BFL?  That's a serious question.  Why are you incapable of posting facts... I ask this in the vein of you claiming not to be a drama queen.  If you were really in it for the people and were trying to perform a service, you'd stick to facts and truth.  But you post lies and false information in almost every post.  How is that not being a drama queen?

So essentially 2dogs is telling us to find our own way to do this?

Small claims limit is $5K, and collectively, we are over that amount.

For the record, I am not interested in any group actions against DZ; my preference is to proceed as a single plaintiff at this time.

EDIT:  Out-of-pocket costs may be allowable for reimbursement in small claims.  These would be added to the judgment and could include filing fees, airfare, etc.

11. Will court costs, such as filing fee, be added to the amount of the judgment?

Yes, the judgment will include the principal amount, interest if applicable, the filing fee, service costs, and any out-of-pocket costs that are awarded by the judge.

I'm missing 100 DRK in node 2.

I thought node 2 was refunded?

I had 200 DRK in node 3.

I'm not sure what node anymore and are you gonna believe what DZ posted?
Missing 100 DRK.
I gave him negative feedback -  anyone else care to update his trust?
One can always delete the negative post - as in my case, if I am wrong and the DRK gets
refunded, I can later correct the trust to positive.
Who wants to start DZ's scammer thread?

I have updated his trust with negative feedback.
And it looks like he did sign on yet again and said nothing here.
DZ, let's discuss this in the Darkcoin IRC. You pick a time and we'll meet you there and get some in the Dark community to join and help.

I was a 25% stake holder in node 2 and received a full refund. I assumed DZ made good on the nodes in which he wasn't having issues with. The longer this lingers without further communication, the worse it gets. I'm stunned by the lack of effort by DZ here in the forums to try to come up with a solution. It seems I've read of others who've had corrupted wallets that were recovered by members of the DRK community. I truly do hope this has a positive outcome for those who have lost investments.

OMG what's going on here Sad

I know that communication has always been a huge problem from your part, DZ, but that was only a communication problem, ok... Now, to simply disappear leaving such a mess behind: That's much more serious!

DZ, please, solve this situation. The DRK community wants to help, now it's up to you.

We have trusted you. You cannot just leave us disappointed like this.

DZ got a National Security Letter.  Big Brother does not approve of soliciting unregulated investments on the internet to use in Madoffnodes, for the purpose of laundering god-knows-who's money.

I had a 250 DRK share that was originally in MN #4, but was then moved into MN #3 for some reason. If anyone knows how to proceed with this, please keep posting.

Unless, of course, his intentions were never to pay back the missing DRK.

I truly believed he would solve this problem(as I thought It was) and return my 250 Drk, but when he disappeared for a month.... We need a lawyer

Jason should take advantage of DRK's haircut and BTC's pullback and buy some cheap DRK.
He can now clear his name for a lot less than when he disappeared.

Unless, of course, his intentions were never to pay back the missing DRK.
