I think we have reached the time when working offline is not giving us satisfying compensation anymore.
This isn't for all but there are still specific jobs that are paying well but the competition there is tough and entry levels are only paid barely with that. Still, there's the satisfaction of a worker whether he gets paid a little but then enjoys the work that he's got.

And with the emergence of online trading and investing, a lot of people have start taking the risk, some have become successful, some have end up as epic failure. So trading is not really profitable all the time. That’s the reason why we still need to land a decent job offline and still try to make it work in trading knowing that it has also some great potentials to make us profitable when we’re lucky and skilled in our endeavor.
Yeah, it is not what people are thinking at all times. Although there are certainly winners and losers on these markets, those that like to invest and trade should support it through having a job where they can have spare money to fund their trading accounts. Whether it's an offline or online job but usually, we know that remote workers are not just remote workers but they're also investors and traders of their own that does their thing together as they work with their main remote jobs.

Earning money online is far superior to working at a physical establishment during the day. Although offline is highly appreciated and difficult. Trading is a great approach to find your true self. It will put everything to the test, including your greed, emotions, patience, discipline, how you handle failure, control, common sense, and resolve. I strongly advise anyone who is going through a terrible time in their life to learn to trade since it provides them a clear sense of purpose other than waiting for jobs. So, which is better, online or offline?
Trading can only be profitable if you have the skills and strategies to make it work, but for beginner traders it’s hard to make it superior than offline job since they are more susceptible to losses knowing they only have less knowledge and experience when it comes to trading in a volatile market. So it’s still best to find a stable job and continue to honed their knowledge and skills in trading until they become professionals in it.
Yes, that is the thing we are supposed to do. At that time, we can compare which one gives us a bigger income. While seeing a lot of traders showing their huge income from doing this, unfortunately, countless traders also had suffer big losses as well. That I would say that there is a chance to make more money online like in trading but it was wise also to have an offline job if we can take and carry them working together. And that is what we called -multiple sources of income.

The question of which is better - making money online or working in a physical institution is subjective and depends on individual preferences and circumstances. Each of these options has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Online earnings provide great flexibility in terms of time and place of work. You can work from home or anywhere else with the freedom to choose your work schedule. This is especially useful for those who prefer flexible working hours or have other commitments that limit office work.
Trading, as one of the ways to make money on the Internet, can be interesting and bring good income, but it also requires special skills, knowledge and experience. In trading, you face risks and must be willing to control your emotions, make rational decisions, and learn from your failures. For some people, trading becomes not only a source of income, but also an exciting test of their abilities and self-discipline.

Dude online work isn’t only trading. And you have completely misconception about trading. Online work can include, remote works, freelancing and many more. Moreover as you have said about trading, that you can make easy money from it, so let me give you a reality check that, trading isn’t easy money or sure money. In order to trade and make profit you need skill and knowledge. Now going for physical jobs or should trade online will completely depend on the person. In physical work, 90% of time you have fixed salary, whereas in trading, the profits or income is not fixed.

Once a man, twice a child!
I don't know what your level of experience is OP but I want to point out that most of your positions are faulty without sounding condescending.

Earning money online is far superior to working at a physical establishment during the day.
None is superior to the other. Making legit money is making legit money everywhere in the world. If you mean in terms of the ease of operation, convenience and flexibility which online has we can say there's an edge. This is because anyone into online business can assess their business even from the confines of their toilets or bedrooms or even on the move in public. That doesn't mean it's superior to offline in terms of ROI.

Although offline is highly appreciated and difficult.
On the contrary, online is more difficult to handle than offline with all the numerous complexity of scams and all that. We also have the technicality issues to deal with.

In fact, this is the opposite. Anyone going through a terrible time in their life should avoid online trading. Trading needs controlled emotion and not uncoordinated mindset.

For me I choose online over offline because it affords me ease of mobility. I don't get stuck at a place to monitor my sales. I've a better opportunity to plan my stuff and I'm more flexible with time.

Remote work is one of the best opportunities of the 21st century.

In the 19th and 20th centuries, people made money by spending 8 to 10 hours a day in a factory or office.

However, with the development of modern technology, the situation has changed.  Now you can earn money while on the sandy beach with a beautiful girl.  To do this, you only need a laptop or smartphone with a large screen.

Therefore, learning online activities such as trading is an opportunity that cannot be passed up.

and also learning is free it is just people are lazy to learn on it as they want to keep scrolling on social media. Before you cant really go to beach while working , right now anywhere you go as long as you have laptop you can really go to work and enjoy yourself , even others got rich to it. Not just that they can also do it on their phone like trading and all of us has that opportunity it is just a matter of skills we have.

Please tell me you're joking with what you said. PLEASE!!!!!!

Let's say that a person is having a hard time, and has a hard time to find his true self. You want him to go to trading to find his true self? I don't want to laugh, but TBH your statement is laughable. Cheesy Trading isn't the best thing to do if you really want to earn online. There are many ways to earn online, and it wasn't trading alone. At the same time, I don't suggest to follow what OP has said if you're having a hard time. Trading will not help you, but it might cause you to have more problems.

Now to answer your question, it's a very subjective question TBH. There are some people who don't know how to earn online thus, they prefer going offline, and go to office like what most employees are doing, and they find themselves happy with what they are doing. On the other hand, there are some people like me who prefer earning online because of the fact that I don't need to prepare myself at morning, and go to office. I just need to wake up, eat some breakfast, and then go in front of my computer, and start working. There are some who like to do both.

Overall, you will expect different answers from different users here for many reasons. As for me, working online is more preferrable than offline.

I think earning online is also very brain intensive, here you have to use your brain a lot. It is not as easy as it seems but it is also true that it is much easier than offline earning. Trading is a great option to earn online, but trading also has its own requirements that every employee should know.

Trading will first require experience and full knowledge of the market and a good amount of capital. I think trading as a full-time job can be risky. It is important to have an offline job or business with trading, because it is a highly volatile market and earnings should not depend entirely on trading. Many times trading goes against your expectations.

This activity is very subjective as it depends on the acquired skills and knowledge of the person.
If you are new to this market, this is not advisable to spend your hard-earned money as the probability of losing is high.
Maybe, do this as your side hobby, learn the ins and outs first using small amount of bankroll.
This is also not for newcomers aiming high profits in a short span of time. This is why some are getting disappointed once they got in here.
They have high hopes and when they realized that this is not what it seems to be, they accuse crypto being fraud or any negative rants.

that's the bad experience many newbies in the market have. they try to make trading a tool to multiply their money in a short time, even without sufficient knowledge and skills. and finally, they exit the market disappointed.
beginners will be better off using small money, a small portion of the income that we can save, we can allocate for trade or investment. as a start just to gain experience in the market. after getting more proficient, everything will develop by itself.

So, which is better, online or offline?
Both are good, but they can vary from person to person. Maybe you are good at an offline job, which only requires strength and discipline. If you have strength and nothing else, how can you put that into work when it comes to online jobs? We need offline jobs and man power in order to run the whole world. How can you ensure that if everyone is moving towards the online world? For example, we need food to survive. It's not gonna grow online. So we need both but people will only do what they are comfortable with or skilled at. Everything has its own value. Make sure to respect both.
Yes, that still depend on our capabilities as we are offering our knowledge and skill when working whether it was an offline or online job. Now, if you are really a gifted person who have a lot of skill, not impossible to get many offers online which could even more better and easier to work in the field or in offices.
Well, talking about working in our comfort zone is seem not like a good idea these days, we need to change that mindset if we wanted to grow and make more money. We must have to do the best thing we can do as long as it never compromise our health.

It always depends on what kind of online earning and how long it is possible to survive. earning online may be worthier and gain very high earning. But, it is also.sometimes will not survive for last longer. However, actually, earning online is complex, we can find so many types of online earning and as long as we are able to dig, learn, understand, and try it, we may always find new ways to earn online much worthier.
in fact, many people with offline earning is also getting into online earning.

related to trading discussion, we believe that as long as we have been really clear understanding its ways and complexity, we may be able to reach good earning from trading crypto. Many people have been profing it.
but, please remember that not all people are possible to do that. Many newbies and also old comers in cryptos are also failed in trading activities because of many reasons. for, trading is risky, so be careful and wise on it.

Both could be great ways to make money, but in reality, working from home and earning money is preferable to working on-site these days because it is more comfortable and time-saving because we don't have to travel for work, which may also increase our costs.
The ideal approach to make money might be through trading, but I don't think it would be for everyone, especially for those who aren't eager to learn how to manage its risks. Since learning takes time, patience and willingness are required. Additionally, it will require funding and the understanding that there is always a chance of losing.
Even if people decide to pursue trading as an online opportunity, having a remote online job is still preferable so they have a reliable source of income in case they suffer unforeseen losses.
Both online and offline both aim to make money. But there are more spare times when we can have income from us working online. As you said, working offline will take a lot of time, like for example when we go to and from work it takes a lot of time. But that comes back to personal comfort, because there are also people who prefer to work offline.
For me personally, working offline or online is not really a problem, but when there is a better income from online then I will choose it, otherwise if offline is more promising then I will choose it. But when I can do both, why not.  Grin
Why not earning on both ways?

We could really have our day job and we could really be having our side income later on when we do go home? Well not all does have that kind of mentality but rather preferred on sticking on a single point.
Its really hard though on making yourself sustain on having 2 jobs which it would really be exhausting but if you are that someone whose really that eager to earn more for the future or the benefit
on having a good life in terms of finances then for sure you would be making out some sacrifices on which there are really people who had done this.

It is really just that there are ones who are really just making up some decision that they are really that going full time with online jobs because they could potentially earn more
and having no hassle since you would really be working on the comfort of your own home unlike when you do deal up with those typical day jobs but well this is always a matter of preference.

I’d say everyone has the right to trade but never expect that all of them will end up successful in trading. To answer your question, it all depends on everyone’s personal experience when it comes to trading. However, if you gained superior knowledge and skills used in trading, then most likely your trading results will always be successful and profitable, which means earning online gives you higher chances to earn and make you financially stable and independent.

Trading is profitable but not sustainable enough compared if we have a stable job offline. Some traders may experience big changes in their lives but be reminded that at some point, they can also create life changing losses if they are not capable enough to trade correctly. That's the reason why trading is not a stable job in the first place, but is always a side hustle that only gives additional income to your main job.
Earning online is more profitable, it varies from our various point of view. The main job provides food on the table, and trading is an additional duty we anticipate for the purpose to satisfy some of our wants and necessities, however some people have made it their primary source of income. However, it is dependent on an individual's mindset; I've seen traders earn a specific worker's salary in a day and even more; the thing is to do what works for you, independently is preferable because you are the one in charge of your money, not any superior who issues out commands.

Usually, yeah? I mean of course it depends on the business and the person without a doubt. I knew a person who grew up loving cars, all he could talk about was cars, he went to sleep thinking about cars and wake up talking about his dream the night before about cars. Now, can that person do a job that is online and related to cars? Of course he can, he could just make a blog and talk about every single detail, and I mean you could literally do that, talk about why the chassis of shelby gt500 is this way or that way, so you can find a million different topics, and even make videos on youtube about it as well. Its possible, but don't you think that kid may also want to grow up and work with the cars themselves instead of just talk about it? So it all depends on the situation, many will prefer online if possible, but there are people who will prefer outside.

Another amazing example, one of the sons of Warren Buffet is a farmer. Yes, that is right, a huge farm obviously but dude is a farmer, his father is top 10 richest person in the world, and he rather just farms, he has enough money left to him and has a big piece of land, so he will never need more money, he worst millions of dollars, and all he has to do is plant crops and then harvest them, and he lives an amazingly happy life. Don't you think he could stay at home? Of course he could, online work and all, or even not even work at all, he could just not work a single day in his life and still had money, but he wanted to be farmer and he did all his life. So all in all, there are some people who like to go out, and not stay at home for work.
