This is really one of the great things about BTC. I remember back when wikileaks first came out, myself, I'm sure like many others were actually afraid to donate with traditional forms of payment, but now with btc I think people feel more free to spend their money where they want.

Really give this guys some spare BTC he deserves some help for what he did !

Then I'm guessing you're either Russian or Chinese, or a conspiracy theorist who takes US security for granted.

Ummm... can someone please tell me why Snowden wasn't a downright traitor to the US?  He leaked sensitive US info to two of our biggest competitors, and painted the US security system black.

Also, here's something Snowden fans might want to think about: he left to US complaining about big government imposition on privacy only to seek asylum in China and Russia, both historical and current impediments to personal freedom.  No one can deny that he was a hypocrite.

He betrayed the United States and the people of the US.  Time for Predators to take over.   Grin

I thought he was doing it for the greater good, not money?

Besides, what's he going to spend the bitcoins on?

If my life was in the hand of Putin I would start taking anonymous donation too lol

That was his (stupid) choice. Why he thought that Russia is more free than the US is anyone's guess.
In most ways, it is.

Please help expose bitcoinwallet.in and Ironcross360. I do not care about me, it is for all of the poor newbies who are being robbed by these people, it started here and it has spread, bitcoinwallet.in is starting to run adds all over free btc sites. Thank you in advance. I just saw a poor guy get degraded and disrespected for reporting his theft and who did it, I also received the same treatment... they are pulling in an average of 8000-10000 Btc daily, this is a plague on BTC and all of Cryto Currency.
...

What happened to ironcross360?

There is a bigger problem related to reused addresses in this context. Tracking down the donators.

Well, they can't make revenge against hundreds of people that easily.

Forget about Snowden, time to start "Free Ulbricht" charity group, lol

I dunno DPR running servers from his house and have all his coins in one btc wallet at home (26000btc) and still stick around in the states, posting his gmail address on clear net and lastly not executing emergency protocol setup to pay out vendors in case of such disaster. This man was not who he claimed to be and I say have your way with him as a pay back to all who lost their BTC today Smiley
Let this be a lesson to others who will undoubtedly start copy cat sites, if you dont protect your customers and vendors(im not talking of idiots who post their stuff in plain text lol), no one will back your stupid ass up, that is the responsibility you take on when you run such service Smiley

The whole murder allegation is dont care about tbh, in that world thats whateves and then risk you carry if you go saying you will talk to feds and leak personal data, so fawk that guy if its true, one less rat big deal ;p

That said Edward does not in any way compare to DPR , as far as im concerned DPR can toss Edwards Salad if they ever do end up in same cell Tongue

There is more to Bitcoin than bitcoins.

Additionally, using just one address is not good as the National Security Agency (NSA) has calculated or will calculate the private key if they have such an intention.

I think he could easily get a lot of Bitcoins (BTC) if he set it up himself and post some proof that the address is – indeed – his. Otherwise, we don't know where the money is really going. There is no reason why he couldn't run a wallet himself, with some trustworthy persons having a backup of it.

Soviet era is long gone. There are plenty of "dissidents" alive and well in Russia. You can speak out, bark out, play punk rock in one of the biggest capital churches.

Yes, they are alive and well. After all, Russian prisons provide plenty of rest and 3 meals a day.

Hope he can make good use of that. I'm sure money is in no shortage for him now. That's good. Well, maybe not if he's with lawyers and stuff...
