Elastic better than a lot of cryptocoin projects. If 1 XEL=1 $, Elastic equal to 100 milyon $ . I think elastic worth than this.. It might be 2,5,10,100 $ ..

Well said ! But please don't forget that we have a working product and over 300 people here and on the slack that would do anything ( PR,.....) the second EK gives the green light !
I do love XEL. But I don't like unnecessary hype, which causes people to panic buy, then panic blame/sell. Best to be realistic and constructively critical.
Working product? Let's not claim working product until:
1) it's actually launched
2) it's used to solve real problems
Just having a working product is not enough, we also need a good portfolio of use cases / case studies.
Answer me this: What is the main problem XEL could solve?
(In its current about to be released form, not talking about speculation of what is possible down the road)
Problem that XEL solves? how about cheap computation power we all crave to have access to! although XEL devs don't like to promote it, elastic best selling point imo would be CPU/GPU mining/solving other cryptocurrencies.
It would be good if EK would stop doing what ever it is he's doing and provide documented details of what the software is actually capable of, so those of us that want to launch a PR campaign can have the information to do so.
As a community we're somewhat paralysed by the lack of information.
This can't become a community project until the community has the information to act upon.
I think that the "soldier" can't tell the "general" what is the best move to do . Probably EK and others have their reasons to not respond atm . Maybe they are even creating the documentation for Elastic . Keep patient guys , no need to rush things . We are close to the finish line .
There are no "soldiers" and no "generals" in community projects like this. Everyone has equal voice, just some of the voices are more 'audible' due to the appreciation community has to specific person due to his prior contribution. But if some idea is correct, it is correct regardless of who actually did express it.
Note EK has mentioned many times he does not want to head the project and is not going to neigher launch it, not make any management decisions by himslef. Because he thinks decentralized project should be... well... decentralized.
Subjective comment here: not that I agree to EK's idea... As per my experience, a strong leadership is needed on any startup, for it to achieve something and move ahead. And anything more than 2-3 leaders will make it slowdown and stop (or fork) eventually.

What was the best governance type during the early stages? I'll remind you - it was dictatorship. Only after civilization (the 'project') reaches certain point, other governance types (like democracy) start to make sense, and are beneficial. Well, that's just a game, yes. However I've seen many evidences this is not just a game concept - as it was taken from the reality.But of course, this is completely my own opinoin. IMHO at its best
EDIT: you may think the first part of my post contradicts to the second part... But it doesn't. The point is - there are no generals now. But it might be effective to have one IMHO. And keep him there until this project gets real traction.
