Electroneum deserves to be on the bigger exchanges, with the amount of supporters and big community it has, it should be on binance, bittrex or kucoin quickly but I do not know why it is still not there.

I reckon they had to resolve their wallet issues first, otherwise new exchanges wouldn't accept them.

BOOM, HitBTC confirmed as a listing. Buckle up guys, we're hopefully going to see some more people coming into ETN now.

I'm not sure if HitBTC can rise up price of coins/tokens of any project... I saw many projects where everybody was very excited with listing on HitBTC... and nothing happened... I don't believe that Electroneum will be an exception  Smiley

I'm more happy that we're finally starting to see some of the 'big' exchanges.  Cryptopia is nice, but HitBTC is what, 5th largest in terms of volume? I really like their GUI as well.

Sorry man, but I just can't believe that you just said that Cryptopia is nice... Cryptopia is the cancer of exchanges... The worst exchange that I know! and I agree with you, finally ETN will be available on exchange that allows confortable trading experience! but the volume is not everything... you can have bigger profit with lowest volume Smiley

I've seen alot of people moaning about Cryptopia, but I've never had a problem, so each to their own I guess!

How much hash rate we'll get in mobile mining?? Is it better than GPU mining??

It depends, if you have a cheap old slow gpu it might be better. But if you are comparing against say a RX 580 then it will be much slower no doubt. A mobile phone will probably mine like 1-5 ETN a day would be my guess.

Mobile mining is a simulation.  It benchmarks your phones, then uses this to essentially 'airdrop' you the equivilent earnings in ETN.  I will not be using your phones resources 24/7 like mining on a GPU would be, it's essentially another marketing tool to get people interested in mining without forking out the cost for hardware.

Just an FYI that you can apply for the beta for mobile mining now, and the first few people have just gone live with it.

I am really seeing ETN hitting 0,7-1$ in next 3-4 months. Week by week more announcements are coming and things are going better. HitBTC announced along with "many other big exchanges soon" which is the best part.

Yes, the price of ETN will hit somewhere 0.50 to $1 this year, having the fact that there will be another exchange that will accommodate ETN tokens. Their team are working very hard and also they updating us from time to time on their progress. I also do hope that they will release the mobile mining soon.

Ripple reached $2.20 each and has like 6.5x more coins in circulation than ETN.  If Richard and the team can bring to fruition their plans for mass adoption, $0.50 is certainly possible this year.

About the mobile mining beta:
- I think you can't apply anymore as there was a end date (if they didn't remove it) but I'm not sure.
- You won't keep the coins you mined in the closed beta [Source: Official Telegram] - you're just helping in development and by doing so speed up the official release. However this makes sense as it's an initial release and there may be critical bugs and/or exploits.
I don't know if participants will get a reward at the end of the beta.

Cryptopia GUI is worst.. very difficult to do trading.. Binance was very good. If ETN hits Binance price will start to rise and trading will be comfortable

I think so too. Hitbtc is not really a reputable exchange, so i doubt there will be too much movement in price. Still waiting for ETN to hit a big exchange like bittrex or binance.

Its a fake mining. This means that you earn tokens just for using the mobile wallet (or leave it open all time, but here I am not sure). It's some kind of reward for using Electroneum but no real mining. It will not use a lot of your CPU power and should not stress the mobile battery too much this way. You can only (real) mine ECN on a PC.

The Operating System for DAOs
January 19, 2018, 05:48:23 PM
I have used electroneum website and their future is not bright. Here are my thoughts:

1. Their website has a lot of issues, (it's lagging, problems with sending coins)
2. Their blockchain is slow
3. No one uses it

So I think that it will decrease in value over time.

they also said they're in talks with I think it was 3 other exchanges currently.  So I imagine in the coming weeks it'll be announced for additional ones.
They said we would apply with exchanges as soon as the relaunch had taken place. That happened in the first days of December, it's not a good sign for Electroneum that they haven't gotten listed anywhere else yet..
