My stake rewards were confirmed but now it says generated but not accepted. What is happening? I am down to 4.7 M from 47M.
Chain problem? Wallet issue? Or stake rewards are deleted?

Staking rate is down to pretty much nothing, so this coin is in hibernation now. We need the devs to fix the blockchain issues. Maybe just ban any old client, there should be a way. Then restart.

Pretty lame comment. You could have easily followed and upgraded to the latest version, particularly if you have all your money in that one coin. what does upgrading your wallet to the current version have to do with saving people from investing on a clear get rich quick pump and dump scheme? the dev was not stupid in creating this coin with that insane pos rate. It was deliberate, he was going to set the coin at a low 2 sat rate waiting for some whales to come by buy a bunch of them to stake the insane rewards then flood the market with the newly created coins then when the whales are out and the newbies come in because they see all the hype and the chart and buy the coins at the inflated value and its all downhill from there.

This coin seems dead already . Dev had gone away from this shit project and Now there are only some new investors stuck on this coin .
I have earned some bitcoins from this investment before and I have only remained 30 mil coins until now without syncing. it's really bad coin.
This EMB blockchain is not working well and it was stuck some weeks ago. There is no hope when Dev comes back again and money flies away.

Do you mean with private key, the wallet?
If so, I've secured my wallet, downloaded new version of Ember Wallet, installed and sync. After Wallet inserted and instead of 40 million, it stands at 8.8 million.
No, not the wallet (wallet.dat) as this will include the failed transactions and the wrong balance. A simple rescan of the blockchain will not fix it, I tried that earlier.If so, I've secured my wallet, downloaded new version of Ember Wallet, installed and sync. After Wallet inserted and instead of 40 million, it stands at 8.8 million.
What you need to do is export your private key, delete the whole Ember folder (but make a backup first), then make sure you have the latest binary and run that. It will recreate the wallet/blockchain directory on first run. Now you need to import your previously saved private key and let the blockchain sync. This should restore your balances as they are stored in the blockchain and thus valid. What else was there before in your old wallet, forget it, it was never really there, only locally.

Once again, check your address in block explorer and see how many coins there are really. Your wallet may have more than one address but you look only at one, thus not all coins are shown.have 40 million only 8 million left all others are gone. Worst case scenario, backup your private key, install a fresh wallet, import your private key and let it sync. This should get all you own back.

Let it run over night, it will sync. The problem are too many users on old wallet versions.
