The price is really low now. I hope this coin will come up soon
People are beginning to realise that Emercoin are heavily involved with Hashcoins, who are proven scammers & are currently running multiple ICO scams. Here's a quote from the Polybius ICO scam thread that is organised by the Hashcoins scammer team:
They are associated with hashcoins which never delivered any miners to there buyers

Emercoin even advertise the Hashcoin scammers on their website & in the OP here - the only reason anyone would do this is because they have a vested interest to do so - ie: they are the same people, they get a share of the scams, or both.

I'm sorry I want to have a fight and anyone can answer for readers of this question. Better where is margemining with F2pool and P2pool? Thanks a lot for everything.
I know F2Pool is merge mining EMC, however they're currently paying 1EMC out for every 1BTC of mining a user does. If you are looking to accumulate in any quantity your best bet to get some EMC in hand would be to buy on this current price dip. PoW difficulty is also astronomically high right now at 360,000,000,000 due to all the merge mining power.
I agree with this, but as well as http://www.f2pool.com/ (who only pay 1 emc per block) you can also do merge mining with https://mergemining.com (who pay more) or with p2pool if you set it up yourself. There is is a p2pool guide here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-how-to-run-your-own-p2pool-in-ubuntu-1604-lts-with-merged-mining-1921525 However, with p2pool you would be solo-mining emc and so need lots of patience or luck to mine a block.

2. Copy wallet.dat to working direcctory of 0.5.2
3. run 0.5.2, and it must use wallet with balance from loaded key.
If something do not work - please be narrow, and exactly clarify, which stage fails.
PS: if [1] fails - Maybe, for upload your key, needed to use more old wallet version.

download 0.3.7 first, import the private key, then download the newest wallet and let it sync your coins will be there

2. dumpprovkey from 0.3.7
3. importprivkey to 0.5.2 result of [2]
On which phase is problem? If [1] - seems like my assumption with version change is wrong, problem somewhere else.
I recommend yo contact directly [email protected], and continue work in private mode. Maybe, you will needed pass your key to our team.

THE private key says wrong encoding in the newest version of the wallet I dont have 5.2
