That's why I prefer mid term trading and long term holding rather than day trading. It is difficult to look at the market without emotions, especially when it's falling. Hope you can recover your losses.

That is way too dangerous. Don't base your investments and money in pure gut or feeling or emotion. If you do so you are bound to fail and will lose all your investments.
I also don't think you should do any emotional trading because it may cost you a lot of money. When you are emotional, most of the time you make the wrong decision, which is a terrible thing.
There is only two option in trading for success. One is some rules or basic or knowledge and others is self-control. Sure you can make a profit when deposit but can’t continue it. It is totally impossible to make profit daily. If you select your target of profit or amount how much you can lose then you can control yourself. Otherwise, it is useless.
