That is the trick behind that KYC when they are trying to hide that asking but they will deliver once
you need to withdraw specially when you won a big cash amount , for me it is better to directly tell
people/gambler in their rules that they will seek KYC and that is truly tricky and not a best way to
deal for regular and legit gambler.
How do you know that? Up to now we haven't seen anyone complaining about an unexpected KYC request here, even less an issue about one he is not able to fill in order to withdraw his funds. Scammy casinos wouldn't stop their promotion because of abusers, they would lock their funds and ask endless KYC to the suspected users. In addition it's mostly sportsbooks that require KYC (to winning bettors), not casino-only platforms usually.
Actually i am talking about the general casino that abuse this system ., sorry for the words but this is
not about this casino directly i was giving warning for a possible situation like what I have seen in the past
and indeed this is about those scammy casino , Am not saying that this is directly  this one but at least
expect the unexpected when they even try to imply in their strategy in marketing .

Maybe he think advance on any possibilities that this will happen soon since same as what other casino claims that they don't ask KYC but in long run or when needed to do some action they ask this. Also I guess Empire casino doesn't say something about they will not require this requirement. But rather what they write is no upfront KYC. so meaning if I'm not wrong they don't ask this upon registration, but when there's sudden changes they might require this. That's why its important to read the TOS so that we could able to know the real happening so no people will get surprised about possible KYC submission will asked to them in future especially if the casino asked this for verification purposes.

Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed?
As 'arwin100' has said above, it is just a marketing strategy. In reality, their KYC requirements are as same as most other Curacao licensed casino. OP had already given an answer to the KYC related inquiries in his earlier post. You may read the post to clear your doubts.

Due to technical difficulties, the promotion has been suspended until further notice.

Big thanks to all who participated.

We'll be back with more promos in the future!
That's unfortunate, but technical difficulties?

Are you sure it's not the promotion abusers? Given that your platform is VPN friendly, don't you think this is an open invitation to casino bonus and promotion abusers?
I am just curious to know how you fight that.

3 months almost without activity and now you come back with promotion. I checked the details about your halving boost promotion but I cant understand which winning of the users will be 100% boosted? Is it for a random bet made by user or is it user's best winning during the boost period or maybe it is a total winning from the user? 100% boost without wagering requirement seems to be so attractive but still I have not understand it completely.
Usually boosts on slot games look the same as the one you can find at Bitcasino. So a 100% boost, that is to say doubling any winning you make is insane. During half an hour on top of that, is really crazy. It's the first time I see that to be honest. I'm not surprised the promotion has finally ended prematurely, it could represent big amount of money, since winnings are added while losses are not subtracted.

As 'arwin100' has said above, it is just a marketing strategy. In reality, their KYC requirements are as same as most other Curacao-licensed casinos. OP had already answered the KYC-related inquiries in his earlier post. You may read the post to clear your doubts.
In my earlier comment, I have pointed out the misconceptions that the term no kyc may cause in the discussion on this thread,  but the reality is that this casino is no different from every other casino that has AML laws and this has to be put clear that even though there may not demand for KYC at the point of opening an account,  on the long run you may be asked for KYC do to one thing or the other in the time of you playing in the casino.

Well also we can't blame them for using such an approach to sound appealing to their potential clients,  because most gamblers value their privacy and as that will want to see a KYC that promotes their privacy through such things as KYC because that is the only way that your documents will be demanded for identity verification.

While the promo is cashback which is based on gross loss, I think it should not be "the more you play" but it should be "the more you lose"  Grin
They aren't wrong though. Because, the more you play, the more you lose Cheesy. So, you will get more cashback for playing a long time. Only a small number of lucky players will stay in profit in the long term. Still it isn’t a bad bonus. But 20%-30% cashback would have been better for the anniversary celebration. However, the free spins promo is looking better as it has only 10× wagering requirements to get the winnings.

Hahahaha. You will need to lose 50K just to maximize this promotion. I saw some casino that offers 20% cashback with their normal promotion for newly register user.

@Empire maybe increase the cashback percentage just like what suggested above and add additional boost on rakeback to make this special event promotion of yours more attractive to players since this promotion is intended for users that will lose money.

The biggest gift: payout up to 5,000 USDT – the more you play, the more you win!

I understand it is a marketing words but I do not really think that you need to have that slogan for the cashback promo because someone who play more may not get good cashback if the overall gross loss is just small amount.
Cashback is good for those who lose big amount, but it is not that good for those who wins.

Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed? I am seeing new online casinos using the same statement, but why can't it be no -kyc? Because this can easily confuse people thinking that there will never be any need for KYC requirement.

Hey there!

Thanks for checking out our casino.

We don't request any documents upfront, and unless our fraud/risk team detects suspicious behavior, we rarely ask for them.
However, being a licensed casino, we abide by certain guidelines and will ask for documents in certain situations.
I do believe though that we are more lenient than many others in this matter.

Hope that answers your question, and hope to see you on the reels!
