I guess that by "relaxed KYC" what they want to say is that, in cases where there is room for a certain degree of arbitrariness, they won't impose the user to conduct KYC, unless it is clear that the funds come from unlawful sources.

On the other hand, I have seen in other sites the same 2.000 USD limit, which is enough for most players but I don't know if any crypto whales will find it attractive.

First of all I must say that you're most welcome to the forum and your announcement thread is really a good one. I have visited your site and it looks great to me the UI of the site is really good and I really appreciate the efforts that you guys have put into the casino. I like the way you presented it here because I don't think that other casinos are VPN-friendly by any means and most of them have strict KYC requirements. I would recommend you to launch your review campaign on this forum in order to get some feedback of the casino from the reputed members of the forum. The review will also help to increase the exposure of the casino to new gamblers and they will learn about it in detail by reading the reviews.

I haven't registered on this site yet but I just accessed it via my mobile and it works great and loads fast without any issues to be honest a few things I like it's service support around the clock and fast withdrawals those are two points I'm very happy with some casinos include this, but I haven't tried to play on this site, still trying the DEMO game and it's great for new users to test the game.

Lots of games too and it's not just slot games and there are some dice games and Crash games like that, which is great, because honestly I can play that because I don't really like games that rely entirely on luck like slot games, maybe tonight I'll give it a try for a few bucks in some games if all looks good. Btw welcome to the forum  Wink

I tried to visit your site via my smartphone and found that the design is similar to Bitcasino and Livecasino. Is it because the template is similar to the two casinos? Moreover, there is a Bombay Club like the one at Bitcasino. But I do not know how it looks like if I use my laptop or computer.

But maybe it's just a coincidence, right? Yeah, but maybe you can provide an explanation @OP.

Oh yes, you better combine your replies into one reply.

The template is exactly the same, maybe the owner is inspired by bitcasino so decided to use the same template. About Bombay Club, it is the same because it is basically the product from gaming provider OneTouch. Means that any casino has the right to add Bombay Club in their casino after coordination with the provider but maybe it is included in the package when the owner bought the script for the website/casino.

The domain is a very old one I believe they are not the real owner of the domain and they just updated it this year
https://www.whois.com/whois/empire.io
Things like this are done by some new casinos by preferring to buy an old domain instead of making a new one and that's not a bad thing and this decision is because there are advantages, moreover, there are also disadvantages.

Welcome to the forum, and as usual Websites that contain gambling content will always be blocked by my ISP so I have to use a VPN Fortunately your casino is VPN-friendly.
But what is quite confusing is that you have a tag line as paradise for high rollers and also relaxed for KYC but withdrawals over $2,000 will require additional KYC, and for high rollers it will be easy to pass the withdrawal limit but they will be constrained by these rules.
And what one of the members suggested here by giving bonuses to forum members is a good thing, so forum members can try your casino and give an honest assessment, by the way good luck for your casino development.

Hello and Welcome!

I did visit your platform just now looks good and easy to explore. I would recommend you guys to explore a few marketing campaigns for the forum users such as a Review Campaign and Signature Campaign. A review campaign would help forum members to explore and use your platform. With a signature campaign you can maket your platform here. Bonus offer exclusively for the forum members would be great to start with.

Welcome to bitcointalk. Maybe you could create some sort of bonus for users here to try the site out? Might be a good way to earn some players trust and get them playing on your brand. Either way, welcome to the forum and good luck with the casino.

I haven't encountered that Relaxed KYC on other casino announcements even the free payouts and the 1 BTC is very attractive, OP just wants a title to his thread that is unique and will gain attention but he should back it up with an explanation of what is relaxed KYC, it may backfire in the future and players will think that KYC is only meant for VIP.

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback! You are right, the domain is not new, and we acquired it and rebranded it. The site has been operating at full capacity since October 2022.

If you have any other questions or concerns, I will be happy to respond.

Cheers!

Saying "very relaxed on KYC" is very vague and misleading. And it doesn't necessarily give a relaxed and cool signal you are going for. It's like admitting that yeah, there are rules but you are shady enough that you don't need to care about them. That if you exit scam, no one knows where you are located anyway so you won't get caught.

Yet in your info section you seem to be complying with regulators in same way every regulated casino is obligated to. So how is this "relaxed"? I totally understand that you need to market and brand yourself somehow, but this is misleading. Even if you felt relaxed about kyc, it doesn't mean anything. You are not offering anything more than any other casino in terms of "relaxed" kyc. What part of this is very "relaxed"? : https://empire.io/help-center/help-terms-and-conditions/aml

And your only link to the site in the picture seems to be a referral link. That's against the forum rules if i am not mistaken.

And even if i am ranting, it's good that you have an announcement here, it increases trust when you are accepting criticism, so welcome to forum.

Hello there. Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated. There won't be any exit scams... We are a well-established team of professionals with decades of experience in the iGaming industry. We are not here to trick anyone. We want to offer the best player experience in the industry.

The link in the picture is a tracking link to track registrations. If that is not allowed, let me know, and I will change it.

Cheers!

Hi, welcome to the forum. The name of the casino looks unique yet Royal. I am amazed to see the features provided by the site. Why did you mentioned VPN friendly instead of players allowed from all across the globe? People will use VPN to multi account and this might lead to problems in future. Moreover also impressed to see that you have less restrictions on KYC. Will leave a detailed review soon once I try the site.

Sharing the same concerns with o48o. What do you mean by ‘relaxed KYC’? What happens if someone wins a huge amount on your site? Will you be able to release the funds immediately without requiring the player to do any verification? This just puts the players at risk of getting caught in the middle of KYC verification process without the certainty that they will ever get their funds. At least be clear on what that relaxed KYC means before people deposit some money on your website.

I agree, what's with your KYC that is unique compared to other online casino operators here.

Quote
3.11.  We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information. We reserve the right to block / delay processing of withdrawal requests until requested copies of valid photographic identification, proof of address and/or credit/debit card are provided to our satisfaction (KYC).

There are other ways and means to brand your casino but why use a unique word that doesn't differentiate from other casinos when it comes to account verification Anyway everything is good in your announcement thread you've done your assignment you just need to launch a promotion not really right away.

I also noticed that the widget of the license is not working better take it out or configure it correctly.

I dont know if its just me or some people had that noticing about that $2000 deposit KYC threshold and now im seeing
$2000 withdrawal threshold again.
Empire.io reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal exceeding 2,000 USDT or the same value in cryptocurrencies, as regulated by our gaming license,
https://empire.io/help-center/help-terms-and-conditions/empire-terms-and-conditions-of-use-of-services-of-the-company#privacy

So these sites does have the same gaming license which those limitations are really just that too small?

Hey there, Hamphser. Thank you for your interest in Empire.io.
We do reserve the right, yes, but in most cases it is only in rare cases like suspicious behaviour or fraud, for extra security. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. The average user will rarely be asked for any documents. Hence, we are very relaxed on KYC. Smiley
