OP you have a good graphics for your casino site. I think you started on a good key here by taking the necessary steps involved in getting a copper membership for easy operations here. I have assessed the website for myself and it has concrete information as it bothers the running of the casino but when I checked your profile here, I saw something that made me curious and it bothers around the use of VPN.

It is captured on your profile here as a VPN friendly casino but however, on your website you have restricted countries that  are not permitted to register on your casino and after seeing this profile of yours and a person from one of those restricted regions register with a VPN  and plays and wins an possibly you demand for kyc and they present their kyc and you found out that members are using kyc would you ban their accounts after flaunting here through your profile being a vpn friendly casino.

I think you should look into this matter to avoid issues in the future and lastly quote reply all your response on one post to keep your thread coordinated.

Why do so many casino websites look the familiar? Sportsbet, livecasino, bitcasino and now empire.io, they all look the same. As I see, these websites, including empire.io is powered by hub88 and moon. I don't understand at all, is it Yolo group who owns all of these websites or Yolo group provides something like content management system to everyone who wants to open a casino?

FYI, Sportsbet, Livecasino and Bitcasino are owned by private companies that is affiliated to each other which explains the similarities on their website. You will notice too when you visit Bitcasino that Sportsbet is attached on their casino on the sportsbook category while Livecasin is their sister company that focuses on live games.

But this casino is not related to the 3 casino that I mention and just copy the design of the 3 casino.

That's right, apparently we have to wait for direct confirmation from the OP whether the design is intentional because the casino has something to do with one of the leading casinos such as Livecasino, and Bitcasino. Because after all a casino of similar design or appearance without any connection would be questionable enough to be an act of copying scripts.

The OP is now online yet he never made any reply since his last post on this thread during August 26. Probably he take a break during weekends, Let's see if he can provide a reasonable explanation on the similarities of this casino to the popular brand in the forum. This my first time to see a casino copy this template that is not affiliated to the Bitcasino brand.

Normally, template of Stake and Betfury are being use by new casino since Bombay club has some exclusive partnership or something with Bitcasino and affiliate.

5.6.  We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount if we suspect the player is using our service as a mixer. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment.

This can open up space for your casino use this as a weapon to withhold people's funds. why don't they put wagering requirement of 2x deposit amount? with that no one would use the casino as a mixer and all customers before creating an account would be aware of this part of the TOS. in my opinion this meditation would be fairer and would avoid any problems in the future

It’s very tricky when you read that they only apply these rules to certain player (suspicious players), who can be suspected and for what reason? How can a player be suspected of mixing coins while you easily can just ask them to withdraw at the same deposited coin and apply x2 or x1 wagering requirements. Why should it be x5 knowing that when you calculate the risks and chances of keeping your wins can go to less than 5% chance.
I have a similar topic to several casinos like this one and unfortunately we don’t get any clear answers from their support or representatives here. The question now is why choosing a casino that require you to wager x5 the amount you deposit while there are casinos that can go to x1 or less? In first place it’s a bad marketing for their casino.

I tried to register and open an account in the casino using Facebook connect app but it doesn’t work unfortunately, it saves a lot of time to create an account easily I hope you fix it sooner.

Last question is about the 100% deposit bonus, I couldn’t find any withdrawal requirements of that bonus? How many times we should wager that bonus before withdrawing it?

I hope this is not the same strategy that are used by most Crypto gambling sites, where they bait you into joining.. because they have relaxed KYC requirements, but as soon as you win something big.... then they slap you with the full verification process.  Roll Eyes

A lot of the new casinos start out by having "relaxed" KYC requirements, but as soon as they feel that they have acquired enough gamblers.. then they go full KYC.  Tongue

In those cases I assume there is no only the casinos fault, because in reality, staying relaxed with the verification process would only benefit them, due to an increase of volume provided by gamblers who do not want to go through full KYC in other casinos. My personal theory is that small casinos start with a lax identification process and then as soon as they gain a significant amount of recurrent users, then they received an email or notification from local or international regulators demanding to comply with stronger KYC standards, otherwise, they may be in risk of losing access to their domain and business. So in the end, they have got no option left but enforce full KYC.

With this I do not mean to say that there are not casinos which take advantage of KYC, to only discourage people who won big and want to withdraw, but it may not always be the casinos fault.

We will prepare a bonus or something soon. Just exploring what would work better here. We are open to ideas.  Smiley

Cheers!
Meanwhile welcome to the Bitcointalk forum.

I hope you should be more active here when introducing the casino to meet user questions. Your seriousness in answering every doubt can earn you plus points.

Bonus Ideas? of course very much looked forward to because at least we were given the opportunity to try out the new casino.

hello empire.io and welcome to the forum!
I can just agree with some pf previous posts (provide bonuses for forum users and clarification on "Relaxed KYC" etc etc). It would also be nice to see some reviews of your casino or other sponsored promotion.
It could be a good chance for gain visibility and get some suggestions for your platform!

OP, please can you explain this? And if you are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao, then how can you be more relaxed than other casinos that are also licensed and regulated by Curaçao?

This strategy of churning customers from other casino has become quite common. You are right they start with relax KYC and then force everyone to pass KYC. That is why it is better to pass KYC before starting with a new casino as if a user wins big then they won't need to wait for their withdrawal. We have read so many users getting their withdrawal stuck and then waiting for a good amount of days. There have been situation wherein the casino did not approve the KYC and the winning amount got lost. If anyone doesn't want to go through that trouble then it is better to pass KYC in the beginning. Otherwise leave the casino and play where you have your KYC already done.

Welcome to Bitcointalk and good luck with your crypto casino.
I can tell you that you will scare away many gamblers with this "relaxed KYC" policy. Please clarify your Terms of Service about when KYC should be imposed and in what cases. Can you clarify the terms "fraud" and "suspicious activity"? I mean, can you elaborate more about what is considered fraud/suspicious activity and what isn't?
Also, your image on the announcement thread points to a weird aff.partners.io link. Is this an affiliate link? Why don't you use the empire.io domain? Is this one of the gambling networks, which have multiple casino brands under their portfolio?

The link in the picture is a tracking link to track registrations. If that is not allowed, let me know, and I will change it.
That's completely fine, posting tracking links is not against the forum rules. However, posting multiple posts in a row is. See:
32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

You can quote all the comments you want to address and reply to all of them in a single post.
BTW, welcome to bitcointalk and good luck with your casino!

Welcome to the forum, nice to see another new casino! I briefly visited the site but I am just wondering what makes you standout versus the competition? There are so many good and old casinos so it is not easy to go up against that.

They need to be active here though so they can attract potential players.
An active support is always better for the business, as it will show that they are reachable at any time.
We may not see their edge yet over existing ones, but as time goes by they need to offer unique promos from time to time.
The competition is already tough, so they need to think outside the box to get the interest of these players.
If we will not see much of their rep here, people will forget this site. They need to have interactive discussion so players will be encouraged to try their site.
The sad truth is that the ops have not replied to any comment here since the start of this thread,  and this doesn't show any sign of responsibility because I have read through the comments on those threads and I have seen that some of the comments are either questions,  suggestions which need the team response on them.

Up till now they have maintained silence unless for the few comments/replies in the first page of the thread but in the second page they haven't reacted yet to anyone,  but the good news is that forum members have a positive atmosphere for these casinos and that can be seen in the way they are welcomed here.

Would love to waiting for the bonus Grin

Welcome to Bitcointalk.

I tried to visit your site via my smartphone and found that the design is similar to Bitcasino and Livecasino. Is it because the template is similar to the two casinos? Moreover, there is a Bombay Club like the one at Bitcasino. But I do not know how it looks like if I use my laptop or computer.

But maybe it's just a coincidence, right? Yeah, but maybe you can provide an explanation @OP.

Oh yes, you better combine your replies into one reply.

I notice the similarities on templates and the Bombay team games they offer in the front. But this casino is definitely not same ownership or connected to Bitcasino and sister companies since Bitcasino(Livecasino&Sportsbet) is owned by a B.V(private limited company) while this casino is owned by N.V(public limited company).

You can see all this info once you check their license details. This casino use the same template which is common since Bitcasino is a popular casino.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum Empire casino.
If there is no strict KYC verification rules I might go ahead and create account to test Empire casino.
I see that your website design is very similar with Sportsbet and Livecasino, so I wonder if there is any connection with this casinos or they just use same software and design?

as per KYC rules of their site, it is stated that they may do additional kyc verification if the withdrawal amount exceeds $2k, and from what i understood, even below this amount, they might ask kyc docs already. so be prepared on complying this requirement even if you will deposit small amount. we don't know how strict they will be on this, being a new casino.

You're really brave to use to use this kind classic design and color since not all people can enjoy it including me, most casino will use either black or grey color since it looks more modern. I think there's nothing wrong for asking higher wagering requirement if you suspect an user that could use your casino to money laundering since you're a licensed casino and KYC rule is fine.

Do you only focus in live game and don't want to add other type games?

I dont know if its just me or some people had that noticing about that $2000 deposit KYC threshold and now im seeing
$2000 withdrawal threshold again.
Empire.io reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal exceeding 2,000 USDT or the same value in cryptocurrencies, as regulated by our gaming license,
https://empire.io/help-center/help-terms-and-conditions/empire-terms-and-conditions-of-use-of-services-of-the-company#privacy

So these sites does have the same gaming license which those limitations are really just that too small?

Hey there, Hamphser. Thank you for your interest in Empire.io.
We do reserve the right, yes, but in most cases it is only in rare cases like suspicious behaviour or fraud, for extra security. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. The average user will rarely be asked for any documents. Hence, we are very relaxed on KYC. Smiley

welcome to the forum, I must say that your site has a very beautiful design in my opinion. I took some time to read your tos and seeing your explanation I see that your tos is very clear compared to many other casinos, this is something I have to congratulate your casino on. about the minimum deposit values, although they are not high values, even if you could get them down to 5 usdt it would be something very good because people who play with little money will be able to play in your casino, and about the withdrawal values, I I realized that they are 2x of the amount deposited if I'm not wrong, this is a good measure to fight money laundering, and it's something effective in my opinion, because it's hardly a scammer who stole a lot of money on some internet site

he will want to take 1btc and put it in a casino where he will have to play and win until the 1 btc becomes 2 btc so he can withdraw, the scammers know very well that the casino does not guarantee victory, on the contrary he has a greater chance of losing everything money deposited, that's why scammers avoid using casinos for money laundering and use the mixers which is something more appropriate for them, because in addition to providing them with anonymity it also allows them to hide a lot of money quickly, whereas in the casino they would run the risk of have to kyc

that's why I see this:

5.6.  We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount if we suspect the player is using our service as a mixer. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment.
