Just create a Kraken account.  They announced yesterday that ECO's can now be traded on their platform.  So, if you have ETH or BTC you'll be able to see the exchange rates and swap some of your holdings for ECO.

I was watching ECO quite closely after Kraken adopted it and it went from $1.66 last night to $7.90 in the early hours of this morning.  If I'd put $10K on it last night and pulled it this morning I'd have made a nice hit on it.  I didn't I just put 2 ETH on it but still got a good return.

Later this morning when it dropped back down to $4 (ish) I decided to invest 10% of all my ETH.  I've read on many forums that ECO could be quite big and there are some pretty shrewd crypto investors recommending that we put at least 10% of our ETH into it.  Now's the time to do it while it's at $4.65.  Don't let this be another one of those cryptos that you wish you'd put some money into to.  Get in there just now before it hits the $25 mark in a few month.  Slip some ETH in there and just sit it out for a year.

Up 75% today, it seems that pigs are happily rushing to the slaughterhouse...

indeed.

Bancor was a good example what might happen after ICO.
But here we have some special marketing wich maybe will do the trick    Wink

Ha Ha
What crypto has become - who care's if it's a scam, if the shitcoin has great marketing - it will be a success.
Well, maybe, for early bag holders but definitely a big hole among later "adopters".

You should be ashamed of yourself, you together with alike yourself are making crypto a place of greed and sorrow.

I just don't get it, so many good projects, fair, decentralized, why the hell would you drop this for any of these shitcoins?

In Cryptocoins I Trust
The price in only hype thing, EOS team use ETH from crowdsale to hype market, they send 20000ETH to Bitfinex and 2000 ETH to Kraken to do hype, for yunbi.com, lixiaolai is an investor/co-owner and he is member of EOS team too, so the hype in yunbi is crazy.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x9937dbb2128b55c44d8af7bf36fd76796a814cf4#internaltx

In summary, nothing much, just hype with the money from investors, not sure whether this is legal or not.

If that's true, then that is pretty scammy for sure.

This coin is credible enough to get all this hype?

I think it will go up. I estimate a 50 usd by the end of the month.

Yes, total EOS in circulation 150,605,366, all premined and drawn. 7.530.268.300$ market cap by 03 august 2017. Litecoin marketcap $2,473,354,053. Now imagine adding 1 million per day of new coins. This cloned shitcoin will surpass even Ripple scam or Eth scam?

Try harder, right now it is very unconvincing.

What can we do with these tokens while in the agreement of EOS it says: EOS is not transferable and doesn't have any value?

You can trade them on exchanges until the ico ends in a year, after that it seems they get locked and you have to hope a third party develops something using the software, otherwise they might end up worthless.

Hi guys,
I need CONCRETE help, I purchased some EOS tokens with my official Ethereum foundation wallet, did all these steps:

Click Contracts
Click Watch Contract
For name, enter EOSSale
For address and JSON Interface, enter the information above and click OK
Click on your new contract
Click ClaimAll from the function dropdown
Click Execute and confirm transaction

But I dont see EOS in my wallet - I'm guessing I need to create private/public keys for it and somehow import them in the wallet?
There is not a single tutorial for Ethereum wallet online, does anybody know any concrete info?

I'll give rewards in EOS/ETH for successful how-to. Smiley

thanks!

Is there a thread already about Dan Larimer separate from the ones connected to Steem?

Can someone tell me where can I exchange my ETH to EOS?

I know you're saying that's a SCAM, but I just want to be in EOS for a few days.

And EOS doesn't have any wallet yet, How does it work?

on the exchanges, Bitfinex or Kraken

Or by following the instructions on the EOS website, but you can check here first to see what the current 'price' is http://eosscan.io/. But be aware that the price displayed is not the price you will pay, unless the countdown timer is almost at zero, even then there may be a last minute large investment. There are 2 million tokens distributed every 23 hours, the number of tokens you get, and therefore the price, is determined by how many ETH have been contributed in that 23 hour period. So it might have a price of 8 cents after one hour, but after 22 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds it's likely to be a lot higher, and if it's not, then the contributions are starting to tail off and the price on the exchanges will be a lot lower than the current $4.

I don't understand how the value can be at $4 without one line of code created.

The level of insanity and greed has reached a new height.

Is this bancor 2.0 ?

OK, so wait and see...

How can you check if the ammount of EOS you get is correct for the ammount of eth you put in?
