Is there a MAC wallet? Also, when can you start staking?

Hi I just found out about this coinswap. Its 1 day after deadline. What do I need to do to move my coins from Cryptopia to Coinswap?

The swap has been extended to the 25th. Just send them from your cryptopia wallet to coinexchange and nothing more has to be done from there. I would wait for clear confirmation from the community to withdraw after that.

When does algo switch?...is there a set date?...or is just being pushed back until x11s arrive?

I like the move to pos....but interest rate of 30% is too high and will not make for a token that will appreciate in value that much... if at all.
only saving grace is its not a dpos..thanks for that.

you want a real world token with real world use...use real world rates of interest...not some gimmicky 30%

also not understanding switch of algo....both take specialized asics ...and at this point id think more people have scrypt miners than x11's...so mining scrypt seem more spread out.  would think only a few people invested in x11 machines. just look at MRR maybe 130 x11 rigs for rent....while there are 450 scrypt miners for rent.

i liked this project..but with changes now i am some what skeptical

X11 runs cooler and is more efficient. Bitmain are shipping their new asic x11's in September, both rounds of sales have sold out with in hours. The demand to mine X11 coins is going to go up dramatically as miners look for coins to run their new machines on.

Why will demand grow? They sell the coins and no buy them ..

It brings awareness to the project that would have other wised been over looked by certain members of the mining community and the more desire they have to sell creates more pressure for this coin to get on other exchanges bringing even more attention to EQT.

Unless projects are a total scam, the demand will simply grow because the entire altcoin industry does. More people join crypto everyday.
Besides that fact people will also become more interested when there actually is a product you can see and use.
x11 running cooler or more efficient is only relative to difficulty. and given that POW is scheduled to phase is that really a concern?  bitmain is also shipping more srypt miners now and in future...as they keep selling those too. so really there are and will be for forseable future (till pow runs out) more scrypt miners than x11.

UPDATE

Coin Swap

To ensure a smooth transition to new $EQT chain coin swap date has been extended to 25th August 4 PM UTC .
Many investors who still have not withdrawn $EQT from Cryptopia or still have $EQT on supernova or Qt-Wallet please withdraw $EQT to Coinexchange by 25th August .
For manual swaps investors need to have their $EQT in their wallet to prove ownership of coins .

when does mining stop on scrypt and move to x11? is there a block ...a time and date. did I miss it?

If you don’t believe, why are you here?
EquiTrader will shift from Proof-Of-Work to Proof-Of-Stake + Proof-Of-Work Algorithm .

Details :

Algorithm Type :-  POW + POS
Hashing Algorithm :- X11
Block Time :- 120 Secs
Block Reward ( POW ) :- 20
Block Reward Halving Rate :- 50,000 Blocks
PoS Interest per year :- 30%
Minimum Stake Age :- 1 Day
Maximum Stake Age :- 30 Days
Block Size :- 8 MB

This is how many blocks will be generated per day :- 720
The block reward will cut in half every 2.28 months.

A swap will need to be done. More info will be shared soon.

If someone would be so kind to check my math.

I'm assuming $10M coins (most of projecting a supply of 8M eqt after swap). Using the emission rules above X11 mining rewards will be inconsequential by the beginning of year three as only ~1,262 TOTAL EQT will be generated from PoW (328eqt (first 46 days of year 3), 482eqt (total for 2.28months), 241eqt, 121eqt, 60eqt, 30eqt) Therefore the preponderance of the incentive to secure the network will be tx fees and/or PoS. This emission structure IMO is quite bullish on the expected value of eqt to reach.

EQT Emission Profile
After Year 1: 15,497,680
Year 2: 20,211,332
Year 3: 26,274,732
Year 4: 34,157,152
Year 5: 44,404,298
.
.
.
30% maximum per year thereafter
