Team Secret's FB page posted that within just a few moments, they're going to have an announcement and I think that's the replacement of Nisha and it all escalated too quick.

Too sad that Nisha really has to go after 4 years but I think there's a better opportunity that has been offered to him. If Nisha goes to Team Liquid then he's still with a good team.

Edit: Team Secret already announced Boom as their mid player. --> https://twitter.com/teamsecret/status/1598663300983984128

and here's the article from Team Secret webpage : https://teamsecret.gg/blogs/dota-2/welcome-boom

I just hope Boom will be able to fill up the shoe that Nisha left in Team Secret. Like you said, 4 years is a long time playing with the team. There will be a lot of adjustments especially for Boom to fit the gaming style of the 4 Team Secret left in the team.

Is it confirmed that Nisha will be playing for team Liquid? First it was Topson, now Nisha. Both players are mid laners so Micke has to adjust to become the offlaner or Nisha will transition to carry offlaner. Whateve position he transition to, hopefully he fits well to his new team.
He will for sure. Team Secret when changing roster isn't the same as other teams. They perform badly with one tournament and they'll change the weakest link in the team, they're not like that and I think they've learned the formula already to have a good chemistry with each other.

Puppey and his teammates will adjust easily like how they've adjusted so quick during the LCQ.

As for Nisha, not yet confirmed that he'll play for Team Liquid but we have that feeling that his choice to leave Team Secret, he's going to another strong team that he know of to sign him we just have to wait for further official announcement.

Its not ideal if you make arthur for making a mid-laner because he is too much greedy and aggressive playing even though he's just not capable of making a team fight and for me its for Crystallis he still have the potential of this, and for the team EG its ideal to make a new change on their team like the Team OG did still they manage to get up to the top because of the new player's capabilities, for me Topson as mid laner of the Secret is really not ideal puppey really hates the greedyness and play style of topson even in the pub match puppey always tilted if he match up with Topson.
Well, it's already official that it's not Topson but Boom from the Gaiming Gladiators. This is the beauty of roster changes and talents are being showcased and having known for being in a good team.

I remember when Nisha was firstly announced playing with Team Secret and watched him with his past team, Kinguin.

On the other teams, Alliance announced their roster.

3 players from Sweden and first time to see they'll play with 2 SEA players, wishing them well.

What do you think about this Anubis map? Can it be advantageous for some teams in the further tournaments?

I assume teams will start to play next tournaments with the new update on the game starting with BLAST Premier World Final. Dust2 is gone now and Anubis has been added to its place. Some teams already stated their sorrow about this change on their Twitter accounts. Now teams which develop special strategies for Anubis can use this change to their advantage. However there is another truth that most teams can just choose to ban this map at least until getting accustomed to playing on it. Maybe we won't even see it for once in this tournament.

The other changes with the new update are:

- M4A1-S has been nerfed.
- The number of bullets in an AWP clip has been decreased to 5 from 10.

Maybe we will start seeing M4A4 choices more often as of now. The other change is really bad news for AWPers as they will need to use their bullets more effectively from now on.

I placed a small amount on this two-leg multi @2.01 for later since the new cod league season is about to kick off in a few hours.    Wink
I'll take some Call of Duty over anything (well, maybe not Quake) for some small off season betting. Any good bookies?

Atlanta Faze and Optic Texas were two of the best teams last season as they finished #1 and #2 in the overall standings and I doubt these guys would regress any time soon since there are barely any changes in their roster.

Weird. I thought Team Secret will remain intact after a strong 2nd finish at TI. And I thought that if in case they will drop someone it'll be Crystallis. Nisha is still very young and is already well-experienced, he will surely receive a lot of good offers. Team Liquid is probably the best team that needs a carry right now and the positioning can also be a valid reason to just look for another player since Nisha transitioned himself already as a great mid-lane.

Meanwhile, Gaimin Gladiators didn't just lose BOOM as they also parted ways with their coach ImmortalFaith who is now with Nigma Galaxy. Nigma Galaxy despite the fact that they performed weakly last season is still keeping its full players.

This is what's weird with me. There are obviously 2 weak links in this team and they still haven't figured out what to do with it. Kuro needs to be benched, be replaced with someone better in the 5 position and can keep up with the current meta mechanically and ideally. Dude's lacking in a lot of aspect and his team still follows him blindly. Unfortunately for Miracle, GH and MC, they are stuck with the bald guy because they believe that he can make it up to them. Idk hopefully ImmortalFaith can do something on the coaching aspect of NGX, but I probably have an idea that Kuro is still the one making the calls no matter what the coach says.

Nigma Galaxy despite the fact that they performed weakly last season is still keeping its full players.

Its not clear yet though as so far their official twitter account only reported that Miracle, Sumail and Kuroky will be staying at the team so there is a small chances that MC and GH could be leaving. I kinda speculate that all 5 of them will stay though but its just weird if all 5 of them are staying when they did nothing significant last season

Any betting tips you guys have during this off season? I'll take anything, Rocket league, Dota, Starcraft 2 ... I'm desperate.

Some small league / tournaments along the way until next week. Dota2 DPC will be back in a week and blast premier finals would be in around 2 more weeks so yeah unless you are interested in betting on those off season games then its another week before most official games are back

Who's better at mid, RTZ or Crystallis? But if it's about being carry then no doubt RTZ is the better guy.

Obviously, RTZ has more experience but Crystallis is young and upcoming. With proper guidance, he can be a top tier player. If I am to choose for the future of the team, I will retain Crystallis.
Good prospect about Crystallis, he's still young and has got a lot of potential plus the experience coming from the LCQ to the grand finals ending with a top 2 finish.

I'm more into thinking that Team Secret is likely to fill the slot of Nisha either by Topson or by Boom, an ex-mid player of Gaimin Gladiators.
There's a twitter post that mentioned Secret.Topson and his wife replied with a no so we might see Boom or another mid player.

On the other hand, a lot of people are saying that Nisha would move to Team Liquid which is possible since they said that he nearly joined before deciding to stay with Team Secret.

FaZe and Natus Vincere are still big disappointments. It is really hard to expect them to reach the finale while they both are this much unreliable.

I will not say that Faze is that unreliable since they reached the finals stage in the recently concluded Blast Premier Fall. They just failed to take home the trophy against the uprising Heroic. Heroic really played well especially the finals maps. And now, there is new map included in the pro scene. It could drastically affect how the teams pick/ban their maps. It could have an affect on how Blast World will be played by other teams. We will see if the favorites like Faze, Heroic, Outsiders, Vitality, Navi and others will be able to perform in Anubis.

Team Liquid retires matumbaman, a pos 1 player. Topson is pos 2 player. I do not know if there will be reshuffling of role in Team Liquid, but there is none, Topson will not fit because he has the same position as micke. They will have conflict. Do you think that Topson will give way to Micke and play pos 1 or micke will play pos 1 to give way for topson. Topson is  top player but he does not fit to what Team Liquid needs right now.
Topson is great at mid but just needs a proper person captaining him and that's what he said. I doubt it that he'll be changing roles because he's really good at being pos 1. But maybe if he decides too. With what I know of, micke is going to be switching roles and practicing the pos 1 role in the pub games and that's why it's possible that Topson might be in as pos 2. Micke's the one that shall adjust on his roles and I've read it from someone long time ago just after a few days of the TI. I think the play style of Topson is proper with the playstyle of how Team Liquid plays.

We will see how Topson will react to Insania captaining Team Liquid if he becomes part of Team Liquid. I think Insania is a good captain and he will be able to captain Topson. Topson is european and Team Liquid is a European team so I think there will be not much of conflict on how they play. He can fit perfectly with this team. He is still one of the best mid laner in DOTA 2 no doubt, and with the right teammates around him, they can bring Team Liquid to a new level which they did not reach last TI. Hopefully, they will not be going throuhg LCQ against like last season.

Yup, micke can easily switch to the carry role since he used to play carry back then during the Alliance days.

There are only two weeks left for the Blast World Final. This is like the second biggest tournament in CS:GO right after Major. The details of the tournament are really attention getting:

There is a $1m prize pool and we must be seeing every team doing their best in a critical tournament like this. I'm saying this not only for money of course. This kind of vast tournaments are important for gaining more points in world rankings also. We all saw how big the ranking changed after last Major. Outsiders is the third biggest favourite with a 4.80 odd for the championship in this one. The biggest one is Heroic and FaZe is right after it. Honestly I think this time the winner won't be Outsiders. I'm favouring Heroic for the championship. Their performance against FaZe in Fall Final was really impressive. They are very determined to finish the job this time after reaching the final in last Major.

It is difficult to be sure of anything for now. Outsiders' championship in the Major was really unexpected. Most of us waited for the usual strong teams to fight for it but Outsiders played outstandingly as a team. It is all about how much they can keep this concentration and ambition here as well. I can add them to the top of my list for the contenders of the championship. I would add Heroic right after them because they are the second most consistent team in the recent times. Especially that big victory over FaZe would fire them up even more.

FaZe and Natus Vincere are still big disappointments. It is really hard to expect them to reach the finale while they both are this much unreliable.

This is what I’m thinking but a switch of role from position 1 to position is not new anymore because Nisha of team Secret do it when MidOne-pos1 left and Sumail when he join OG roster. Pos2 players can adjust there role since both position is carry and only varies with there rotation and farming habits.

Obviously, RTZ has more experience but Crystallis is young and upcoming. With proper guidance, he can be a top tier player. If I am to choose for the future of the team, I will retain Crystallis.
Agreed. Even if RTZ has an experience advantage. A young mind that can adopt and use property the new meta is more reliable on crucial matches. Crystallis just need to develop a good pos 1 mentality because he seems scared as shit on all there games against Team Secret on TI semi finals.

I think it's more plausible that he might be picked to go with Team Liquid but if the team itself (Ex-EG) decides to stay together and compete again to the next DPC season then that leaves nothing to Team Liquid.
Nah, Team Liquid are most likely taking Topson in since their coach already gave it away by dropping a clue and said "top season" in a recent podcast and I'll be surprised if it's not Topson.

Also didn't Fly already mentioned in a clip a few weeks ago that they'll be playing together, the recent change that is likely to happen is between their current offlaner Nightfall since there are some rumors that he'll be playing with some of the previous VP players gpk, Save, Pure, and Illias.

RTZ to Secret ? Hell yea! They've been teasing this for a while but nothing official yet but I must agree that Secret has a great team right now that won't need big modifications in order to chase that Aegis one more time but with RTZ on team , they will be better for sure. Now the big question is : Can RTZ perform in other team ? He has been with EG since 2015 if I remember correctly so it will be challenge for him no matter what team he will go to. Grin
There's the recent announcement of Team Secret and Nisha chose to be out of the team. So, if the rumor tends to be true and it is RTZ going to Team Secret, who's going to be playing as a carry and the mid?
