Since LPL will start in tuesday i'll have to give in to the WePlay academy matches for today, taking BIG to win vs Navi @2.38 in terms of recent results Navi are performing better that's why they're the favorites heading in to this match but BIG won in their previous meeting. It all comes down to their carry player monesy since most of Navi's results are one sided while BIG can rely on one another as they have slightly better players all around. Adding [email protected] as well since their losses were much closer compared to Furia.

Tarik (former major winner) is playing with Bad News Bears (rank 59) tonight in a semi final.   He is retired kinda, streaming playing valorent but playing at this level shouldnt be a stretch and even better ptr is a long term team mate of his offically and unofficially so this game should be with the bears.    Problem is their opposing team arent really well known afaik which makes them unpopular and the odds poor, so as a bet this might already be a done deal but they have to be rated a similar rank for a reason.
  Bears took Liquid to 3 maps, I dont see that much notable on the other team, Triumph but I presume they can win it somehow.     Might have to take this as a live or special bet, I dont like to presume 2 maps only but if the odds are right perhaps thats the bet to take.

I was also leaning on Fnatic but good thing I didn't pulled the trigger since it could go either way.

For my pick I have [email protected] riding another team with a good streak since they haven't drop a map in all those 5 wins plus JDG looked shaky.

looks like the two month break in the i-league hurt IG and PSG.LGD a lot, eh? and RNG, from barely qualifying to playoffs to destroying two of the main favorites in a couple of hours

I am thinking Invictus gaming should win against RNG today, and later on Puckchamp is my favourite against Unique but maybe I change that one to over 2.5 maps.

After that stomp in game 1 I was slightly worried BLG might get swept but good thing they bounced back with ease. 

I'm on the FPX pick as well, have to ride the momentum here since FPX can't afford to lose if they plan on locking the second seed.

Skipping the LCK for today since I got burned by GenG yesterday, wasn't expecting their sub jungler to play throughout the series.

I wouldn't go that far though, since they manage to put up a few decent wins this summer split but yeah things aren't working out for them after picking up a new jungler and top laner.

I agree the over 2.5 is just screaming with value but i'll go with [email protected] since i'm having doubts on RA now that they're looking a bit inconsistent and I wouldn't be surprised if they get 2-0'd. Also it's amazing how the summer split became this competitive even in the LCK region.

LGD are crap, been getting burned every single time i add LGD to my tickets. Just like IG, they're underperforming this season, and when you think they're showing good form, you get a big slap in the face/bankroll

Unexpected performance from TT yesterday  on to the next, my pick today doesn't have much value but I like [email protected] to win against LGD. I think LGD is performing better than i've expected this split so if anything this match is close to a coin toss but i'll give the edge to WE since they're taking their time to improve and make adjustments. With that said o2.5 or LGD +1.5 could be a good alternative.

I agree the same thing happened in the League scene few months ago where one of the rising players that came from the academy league was accused of fixing it's crazy how one bad action could destroy their careers.

Its not small money to continually pay for a pro team and to compromise results like that would be the end of the team.   Titan was a great org that got completely wiped out by the lasting impression of poor play, one of their players cheated and the sponsorship completely fell through for them.  Titan wasn't even banned, no action or official comment was made against them, just that 1 player wearing their jersey all the sponsors on it while being banned ended them forever hence; due to rarity Titan stickers are worth good 5 figure sums now.    Companies own teams, thats normal and they will avoid screwing up the asset value.

Valve recently lightened up and said there was a 5 year ban for very young players who had cheated, something along those lines.   Previously it was forever even if you been an idiot at age 10 but for setting up fixed matches they have yet to announce any let up for players banned 7 years ago.   I did think 5 years ban was fair in all cases as pro sports does, either way the sponsors and free market mean the org would go broke.
  In very low level games there is more trouble in this problem, they have less to lose and the team discipline can be absent along with any real backbone and so the fixing money is comparatively more attractive.  Australian csgo teams are facing jail on this issue.

I heard someone has control/stake in some Esports team especially on CSGO, after hearing this news i started avoiding matches in CSGO because something can happen, for example someone can control the outcome of the match. if you find a match result that doesn't make sense then don't be surprised, it's better to avoid betting on the ''winner'' option.

no top tier tournaments in CSGO for at least one month...rough

Glad that S1mple's impressive skills in the current CS:GO meta is paying off big, I have seen his plays and his clutch moments and I think that he definitely deserves the win.

This is what I'm talking about, Top team being slayed by underdog team making big upset, Betting a handicap pick is the best for this kind of matchup though. Well noted on this team for future reference on my bet.

I just watch last night the grand finals on IEM, s1mple gameplay is so sick, He even defeat 2 enemy at the same time on a close range using a sniper rifle while the enemy has a carbine rushing towards his position. His aim is superb which he didn't even need scope since he is just using it for just split second before he shot. Really love watching this game now.

With IEM finished I guess it's back to League predictions, I parlayed both favorites @1.6 as they're facing the two weakest teams in the region.

IG's situation don't look that great but they should still take the win against V5 who's currently 0-10 and same goes for RW they looked good last week taking down decent teams like Suning and Rare Atom.

Navi just won their match and clean swipped G2 3-0 in grand finale of IEM Cologne 2021. They deserved it the way they have been playing CS lately in these past 2-3 months. They have worked out a lot and building the team chemistry which is working wonders for them right now. 'b1t' and 'simple' were stars today but honestly all 5 of them played crucial roles today. GG Navi 

CSGO is just a better game anyhow, so time well invested either way.    This result is not really supposed to happen, Gambit is ranking world number 1 but we also have the abnormal condition of missing out LAN finals for a long time and IEM is just now one of the first hence potential for upset results.  

 FAZE are good in theory pretty much always but also often fail to deliver, here they did the opposite and were the surprise to most.


NAVI ruining my maps bet by just devastating and making G2 look like a pub team.   Niko is one of the best CSGO players of all time, wasted he wont be happy even though G2 get second place the Navi win should not be forgot this whole year.
