Well, their captain is Skem which is a former pos 5 while their offlane was the former pos 4. I say that all of them are versatile and very flexible with their chosen roles or there's a sudden agreement from any of them to play the other position if they want to or if it's needed.
Their drafts are totally crazy and gets into the meta even though by just looking at it they're seems to be funny yet but the execution and performance is always flawless.
Good to see that no one is talking about OG as the only darling of the crowd, it seems to me that I have a lot of catching up to do with all this new teams. After this DPC season, The International is going to be field with new young teams that are pretty promising considering that a lot of the old roster from TI9 has significantly change, hopefully this meta will be a gamechanger for the International and to be able to see another team that is going to hold the Aegis of Champions.
As for the upcoming TI, I haven't seen a team that can be considered a new and dark horse. But you knew it right that they're interesting teams just like the unforgettable Wings Gaming. Most teams have to catch up and get as much as DPC points that they can. It's not time for them to waste because the higher place that they'll get for this season, will secure them a slot in the TI. No one talks about OG because they are struggling. All of the regions are interesting to check and watch the games except in the South America, beastcoast is dominating their region.

I actually went the other way Smiley I had Suning -1.5 which passed easy and I have placed it on a double with BLG taking at least one map. So far it is looking better for your bet. First map is just over and RNG took it in dominating fashion.
I'm regretting that now Tongue felt like i've jinxed RNG yesterday their drafting went downhill after that first game and good job on taking BLG's handicap.  Cheesy

It's been a while since i've placed a bet on dota but i'm somewhat confident on Alliance later today against Chicken Fighters. I think this is a much needed 2-0 for them so they'll be in a good position if it comes down to a  potential tiebreaker.

I know someone who is high ELO quake player, plays CS but actually is main Quake.   If I discuss a game tip to discuss this with him and maybe put on a bet.   Cant say Im otherwise familiar enough to be confident in other games.   The sad thing about the decline in NA CS games has been that time slot was most convenient for me to watch and bet and not be distracted, asia area and even europe can be conflicting with actually doing things and being busy elsewhere.
I can see matches I might watch on Tues but not bettable especially, DIG over Endpoint but its possibly not listed because the odds wont make it competitive enough I'll check back and see, Thusday 4th appears to be when I should be putting down multiple bets next.

I've updated the Calendar in the OP!

February seems to be a slow month for a lot of esports. Rainbow Six, Overwatch, Rocket League, Starcraft 2 and Brood War barely have any big tournaments. This probably means some bookmakers will offer more games like Quake, Hearthstone and Call of Duty to attract more punters...i'm down for more Quake matches (:

Looking forward to some Dota action in the DreamLeague tomorrow with Alliance and Team Liquid

There's LPL starting in a few minutes but i'll skip Suning since I still have trust issues on them so that leaves me with the RNG vs BLG series. After RNG took down WE 2-0 in their last series i'm taking the -1.5 handicap Xiaohu's top lane performance have been amazing so far hopefully he'll hard carry the team once again.

I watched the LCK yesterday and T1 getting stomped by Afreeca Freecs was something else. I thought it'll be the other way around but T1 is so terrible. I'm surprised that the bookies still favor them heavily against Nongshim the +1.5 handicap @1.58 might be a decent value.

Who is tuning in the Dota Pro Circuit in SEA in Upper Division? Who watched TNC versus Neon's first game? That pos 5 of Neon, Jaunuel always gets to use crazy heroes to become pos 5.
Before it was Void pos 5, with the first game, he used Troll as pos 5.

Neon's captain got this very versatile way on how they would play or play mind tricks on their opponent DURING the draft and they should really deliver whatever draft that they are doing and they absolutely won fair and square using this kind of drafting. They must have used it within scrimmages because no pro-player would even try testing a supposedly position 1 hero for position 5 although we recently saw Lifestealer as a position 4 in the CIS/EU region.

As I am a fan of LOL, I've noticed the pick of gnar in this meta, where it only has a 41% win-rate in LCK, yet still being picked as somehow Top lane priority champion. Can someone explain why they are consistently picking this champ?

It definitely make me feel awful of my bets, when the team pick this champ  Undecided
I don't play league but from what i've seen Gnar is a decent pick as it gives a good front line for the team and could be the difference maker to win a team fight when using the ult at a good timing to punch in the backline of the enemy team. Sometimes there's too many factors that affects the outcome of the game like getting ganked early, losing objectives, some players are good with it and others aren't.

I've come to realize why they are prioritizing gnar in this meta. first, is that he is a range champion so he can punish pretty much any top laner. Second is his ability to become a tank the second his passive goes to 100, which is really needed as an offlaner and part of the team. 3rd, MEGA GNAR has pretty good CC's which also deals a lot of damage in any team fight. Though I see him lacking in his defense when his just a regular gnar, and can be punished by any kind of gank immediately. Also his ult is only available during his mega gnar stage, which can be manipulated by the opposing team.

Hi there, couple of bets for today's CS Summit:

Mousesports - VP: My bet
fnatic - Heroic: My bet

Today's matches will be quite interesting, as there are no clear favorites, so everyone can win, but based on statistics, VP and Heroic play a little more confidently than their rivals. A very important role is for Mouz and Fnatic newbies who have not yet fully found their game on some maps, so there may be a problem in their choice.  Wink

I also saw that game, their midlane templar was snowballing so hard at the early game until they couldn't catch up anymore.
Yopaj/Japoy is really one of the best mid laners. What I'm waiting for him to have a match are with those EU and NA players and also those tier 1 teams in China.
I've managed to monitor his growth and as a team, they really are developing and improving every tournament that they play. They're still currently underrated.

Neon overwhelmed TNC on that Game 1 Bo3. They didnt able to catch up and closing the gap in terms of farm and experience from mid-game until to the last phase.

Riki+TA's is already too fat for them to stop, even though they do held up the base for long but farm for Arc warded isnt really enough and MK didnt able to catch up which
they are almost the same networth on the supports of Neon.

Troll on PoS5 isnt something new and we had seen in the past. Actually any heroes can really fit out Pos5 depending on how he would utilize skills and how well
on using up support items.
Some might say that nothing is special with that because of the item selection of their pos 5 Troll. But it's still a pos 5 that managed to get items in the long run. I agree that any hero can be of a good pos 5 but you don't usually see this kind of hero lineup in a tournament. OG is doing the same in every meta but this is rare to watch.
Anyway, Neon took the game 2-1.
