Last day of the Kespa cup group stages later today. Betting against T1 since they're only playing with their academy roster while their opponent Fredit Blade is pretty decent as the odds already reflect it @1.58. Later on I might also go for KT Rolster @1.5 on their last match since they'll be facing T1 as well and they're currently on a 2-0 record, a 4-0 sweep puts them at semis and 3-1 for quarterfinals.

Don't you worry, I'll post some Dota 2 tournaments. As of the moment, there's not that much high tier tournaments.
I mean a tournament for tier 1 teams except the Huya tournament. Tomorrow, playoffs. Group stages will end today.

No big events this current COVID season and to be honest it is pretty boring because most teams competing right now are either formulaic or boring, the top tiers are sleeping and I guess it is understandable considering The International is postponed. I am also excited with the new patch because meta will definitely be changing and hopefully we can see new team pop up when the International starts because I do not want another OG championship, I think it is enough that they won 2 times.
Actually, there are too many tournaments that has been done during this covid-19 crisis. No lan tournaments but the organizations managed to keep a continuous online Dota 2 tournament. Prizes are still the same from the LAN and even Valve events did.
2021 is the The International time again, probably by the 1st-2nd quarter of that year if they will change the schedule. We'll see again live actions but with certain protocols. Too bad that there won't be that much hype for audience because it would only be like a bubble for NBA. It is just that this year-end don't have much tournament left and most of them are reserved for 2021.

For Dota tournaments we'll probably see them somewhere mid January (18th) since Valve announced the DPC circuit will be back around that time and finally we'll get to see this tournament format come to life in the near future.
Can't wait for some top tournaments to start both in DOTA and CS. I have no clue about LOL so I have to bet on lower tier DOTA which actually went better than expected for me. Lower tier CS is kicking my ass though, so I will stop betting on CS until top teams came back from holidays.

Please share if you guys have some nice LOL picks for following days.

I've finally updated the Calendar in the OP! go check it out!

Top tier CS:GO is going on a one month break because of the holidays  Cry

Competive League of Legends is back for about a week with the KeSPA Cup (KR) and Demacia Cup (CN). KeSPA will have the Worlds champions, DAMWON Gaming, who just made their debut with the new member in the roster, Khan. The Damacia tourney will feature some of the best teams in the region like JD Gaming, Suning, Top Esports, FunPlus Phoenix, etc, but we'll have to wait until the 24th and 25th to see them in action in the playoffs

I don't follow the ongoing Dota tournaments, so i guess i'll just place some bets on LoL for now =P

And for the BTS PRO Series Season 4 : Europe/CIS, it ain't a lot of team participated but still congratulations to Team Spirit formerly known as Yellow Submarine.
While for the BTS PRO of America, it's about to end. 3 teams left while 4 Zoomers is waiting on the finals.

Couple of bets for today's IEM:

Natus Vincere - Astralis: My bet
BIG - Team Liquid: My bet

This tournament Na'Vi are playing incredible, s1mple plays like in the good old days, there weren't even enough bars in the Hltv statistics to show his full statistics XD, therefore I think they should wreck Astralis this time. BIG returned back to fame, pretty confident play against their opponents and hard game against Astralis. All this tempered the team well for the semifinals.

Today FURIA and Liquid have a match. It will be a good match. Liquid has a legendary cast, I think, crazy Americans gathered together. But we should not underestimate the Brazilian team, they can make nice surprises

As I said exactly, Liquid was an excellent team and performed well, winning the match. I think they will achieve much better success in the future. Their only problem is that they are an unstable team.

I watched first 2 maps and Zywoo was an animal. He had several clutches worth mentioning but that one was the most important. I had a bet on over 2.5 maps and I was sure I am loosing it after Vitality got back to overtime after being 14-10 down. Not sure how Astralis managed to clinch this one, they looked like second best most of the time.
Same, when the scoreline was 14-14 Astralis was only on pistols since they had no money left I really thought Vitality would close the series right there then they got too confident and got picked off one by one with the deagles forcing OT.

OGA Dota pit is coming to an end today (pretty weird that they didn't move the grand final to Saturday), NaVi - Nigma will kick things off in like an hour and the winner will face OG in the final.
Speaking of Dotapit, that grand finals between OG and NaVi was disappointing to watch. I guess OG got too ambitious with their draft experiments causing a quick 3-0 to NaVi.

Anyone watched Astralia vs Vitality? That was a sick game. If anyone had missed it then I suggest watching the 2nd map-dust only. It was a crazy map.. Zywoo clutch in 15th round with AWP was really something.

juding from their recent H2H and the way Liquid have been playing lately, the brazilians have the edge and coud

FURIA plays with lot of aggression. It becomes sometimes risky. They have lot of crazy players with sick aims so yeah if Liquid don't know what are they dealing with then they could get thrashed here by FURIA.

I am going for Furia. They have been playing better CS.

gonna go with O2.5 maps in the first match. Sportsbet gave me 1.98 odds with boost, a bit better than Pinnacle and Buffbet which most often than not have the best odds around

we also have IEM challenge, and i'm gonna take FURIA moneyline (will skip the VIT-AST, feels like a toss-up), although i'm gonna wait to see if we get better odds later today, but tbh, this line at 1.62 right now it's pretty generous imo

Bets for today:

Vitality vs Astralis - MY BET

Furia vs Liquid - MY BET
I see both games, Furia - Liquid and Vitality - Astralis as a very close encounters. Can't decide who to bet on so I went with over 2.5 maps on both games. I checked map pool a little and it seems to me that every team has a clear advantage on their map pick so hopefully it will pass easy.

Too hard to take a risk with these teams because they are both good and have unexpected comebacks they made and unexpected plays well on this time I will try with the Astralis remember the champions right?. For me I will skip this game because the odds are so close it's better to play make sure instead why not enjoy the game and watch for a meanwhile too hard to take a risk on this round.

Even I don't have a wage right now I predict with

Astralis and Liquid all the way.

Hard to believe that one of the top two teams won't make it in the playoffs later today with that said i'll go with Vitality on this one.

My heart says Astralis but after their series against BIG I still think Vitality have the edge.  Also someone in the discord betting group shared this interesting pattern where every team on the left side have won the series.
