Regarding Vitality, what do you guys think with their in-game leader apex taking a break. Vitality struggling in upcoming tournaments?

Vitality's recent downfall could be attributed to Apex stepping down momentarily. He is an integral part of Vitality and even though Shox, RPK might have IGL'd a bit in the past, it isn't the same. Definitely didnt expect Complexity to lead the group though.

Unfortunately I picked the same and it turned out to be a loss. Undecided

. Should have just watched the match and bet on it live. These matches are pretty much chaos. EG just went straight at G2 and they couldnt do much about it. Tarik and Brehze put on a show against G2. In the finals though, it was another story. Complexity schooled EG and won both maps with relative ease. JKS is finally showing some form and his map awareness is helping the team succeed.

@ralle14 since there's not much going on tomorrow other than BLAST premier, i'll throw some pocket money on the underdog to win, just for fun. I think the favorites have reached an agreement to go straight to the Showdown rather than the Finals lol if my ~~tin foil hat~~ theory is correct, i'm gonna some bank tomorrow 🧐

It's probably just me overthinking this but I feel like some teams didn't take this tournament too serious since there's a bigger tournament next week and I just realized that Complexity is going through the same route as NiP.

COL has been crap for months, but all of a sudden, they're back in top form, beating the big teams without even losing one map Roll Eyes

the good thing about the big teams getting KO'd is that they'll probably play against each other in the Spring Showdown. If the trend continues, then G2, Liquid and NAVI will also get KO'd (?) meaning that the BLAST Showdown which was supposed to be a boring stage could actually end up being really exciting to watch with SO many big teams (:

Exactly, but I guess I will never learn to skip betting on Blast series. I am on G2 to win and book revenge match against complexity. I think I lost all my bets on Blast so far and hopefully it is time to get something back.

Who would have thought out of all teams Vitality would be the one exiting from the Group B. First complexity surprised them and then apex left and there wasn't a proper in game leader and we saw how easily Evil Geniuses brought down Vitality. Also out of all the teams Complexity are the ones having a good games so far.

Not a good time to bet in CS I guess..

Same here betting on the blast tournament is a nightmare with so many upsets. Vitality might struggle now that their IGL becomes inactive as he takes a temporary break.

Thanks for the reminder. Even though i have stopped to regularly play dota2 5 years ago I always enjoy watching some good dota games.. esspecially from OG even if they seem to be not the strongest team in the world anymore. OG can cost you a lot of nerves though if you want to bet on them because sometimes they try the most ridiculous drafts and kinda throw the game away for fun

Both went the other way, unfortunately. I would have honestly picked G2 but thinking Vitality would lose to Complexity 2-0. I don't think anyone would have expected that. G2 is a lot stronger now with the introduction of Niko. Niko, Hunter, Nexa, KennyS, and Armanek ..there's just soo much fragging potential. Even if 1 goes off, thats more than enough to beat anyone.

Are we going to see another upset just like the first group? After the first half of Mirage I thought it's already over for Complexity then konfig stepped up huge on the second half to secure the win.

I'm also leaning on EG for the next series but I took the over since both teams don't look too great or too bad and were able to take a map against Astralis.

It is really good that you managed to vote for Vitality because the last game theyu played, Vitaliy humiliated the whole game and that is not good for compLexity but the bad part of this is it can be the reason for compLexity to practice more and may end up beating the team Vitality. We really cannot say anything rightnow since the result is not yet over. If we are going to bet, we must really know how to read statistics and must consider different factors like unplayable players and since the tournament is still not yet LAN, internet speed can also be cosidered. About the game between Evil Geniuses vs G2, we cannot say who is in the advantage because both of these teams got a 2 lose streaks but G2 managed to lose on S tier while EG managed to lose on A-tier
