Only ETH long term. 2018 is ethereum year.
Etherium is definitely the choice for me if it comes between choosing etherium or litecoin. I did not believe much in Eth earlier as i thought that its only use was to participate in ICO's. However now I think that ETH is the only crypto that may rise with the rising value of bitcoin in long term. ETH may even catch up with BTC as new money that is entering into crypto don't want to buy BTC at this huge price and might consider eth over btc.
Ethereum is moving too fast,LTC is more stable than the ETH price you can split your investment to 60$ ltc 40% ethereum.
ETH, it has great potential to be the next bitcoin. And when I transact, if not BTC, its ETH. So its good to invest in ETH long term. You can see its market growth and its very promising.
Both these crypto-currencies (ETH and LTC) have good potential. If you ask for a long period. It's a good choice. However, I advise you not to be skeptical about bitcoin. It's popularity is growing. Now its price is high, but this does not mean that in the future bitcoin will not bring profit.

First identify the difference of invest and trade. Investment is when you do a purchase and hold them as long as you want because investment is passive income. You will only pull out money to your investment if you really needed that money but as long as you do not need to, hold. Trading is when you buy an object and sell it instantly or when its value increased. Eth and Ltc is a good investment in my opinion because their values are continously increasing which is a good sign.
In my opinion ETH is more strong and more popular than LTC, but both actually good for longterm investment. These altcoin is my favourite coin that I believe will be huge in the future because development of these coin done by professional and solid team. By make investment in portfolio 60% for Ethereum and 40% for Litecoin I think will be great idea.
Etherium much more stable and acceptable and implementable in the World than LTC. Litecoin only making small steps and high technology mostly
ETH is better in my opinion, more spread and more popularity, than, than in LTC. Although LTC can make a good ROI.
I prefer eth because eth is smart contract platform and there will be massive growth in eth price due to icos. There will be more icos in future and Eth is true competitor of bitcoin.
In the long run, I would recommend taking the ETH, which seems to have more potential, and LTC, for the most part, looks like it's about to die.

i think ethereum and litecoin is a long term project and it will work for long investment. but i believe that ethereum and litecoin will do the best to survive and even to increase the price. and for now, i think my amount is bigger in ethereum than litecoin because i think with so many ico based on ethereum network, ethereum will bigger soon. so i think it is worth if we can be patient to see the price is starting to rise again.
Basically I believe in Eth and Ltc that this is a good option to invest in a long term.

Both coins are perfect for long term investment and will definitely give you huge profits. If i were to go for long term investments, these two would make my top list. However, if i just have to choose between the two, maybe i'll go for eth. One thing that makes eth better than the other is because of its capacity to constantly grow in value. Though litecoin also grows but it has been stable for wuite a while and hasn't shown any improvement. Whereas eth, despite the fork, it had constantly grown and is worth the risk.
Both ethereum and litecoin are good to hold for long period of time, however for me it's better if you invest high amount to ethereum. Because most of the tokens used this altcoins for trading so there was a tendency that their price in the market was crawling up.

ETH + LTC = success. That is what I believe in.
I like both. Each altcoin has its own unique feature and I fully trust LTC and ETH. We can see the altcoin boom in 2018 and there may be good prices in the near future and this is bound to happen.
Well i would prefer Ethereum over litecoin for long term investment as i think litecoin has being stable for a long period of time and whereas ethereum are increasing and will bump in future.Both coins do have potential but ethereum has more potential as it has a corporation and is updated a lot and is more popular than litecoin.

In my view both coins have great potential but ethereum will make a huge price bump in the near future but for litecoin it takes so more years so it is based on how much you gonna invest,if your investment is low then go for litecoin or just buy ethereum but both coins will give good profit in long term investment.
