It's always been ready to bounce back, but we don't know when. Ethereum has been in a dip for a long time since it's previous ATH, so it would be better to hold our ETH and wait for another bull run.
ETH or other altcoins, I think, for now, they are still not ready to increase the value of their assets again. Ethereum is closely bound to ICOs - it rapidly dropped because many projects started cashing out. So I don't think it will bounce back to at least $500 until the circulating supply is somehow decreased.
I think too that ETH is the strongest platform which exists in the market of cryptocurrency for today. And it seems to me that the coin will strongly grow in price together with all other coins soon.

I my opinion, i envisage that ethereum might reached between $400-$500 before the year ends. Any further increase will be in 2019. Just my opinion. I does not look like this year would account for much growth like some had projected earlier.

I agree this. I think also everycoin will bounce back. Because that is general issue always about crypto. pumps and dumps. So we are now dumps section.
and we will see pumps in near future i believe. maybe end of the year or maybe in 2019 but we will see that green candles. i am sure.
ETH still have an big demand from ICO and people who is trading with ERC 20 tokens, I thin we will see a rise as soon as market starts to get recover, because ETH has lost more then BTC I see more potential on ETH.

It would be very cool to look at this and have a lot of ETH now, because prices really seem to be at a discount, but I think that sooner or later the prices will return to their normal positions, so I hope that the market will have growth again.
