To buy additional ETH little by little and wait for future growth is, in my opinion, a very promising strategy. The benefits of the coin are visible to the naked eye and are still to come. I expect an even greater rise from the coin and I really hope that this will happen in the near future.
No one will argue about the benefits of eth, he has been in the crypto market for a long time and has proven his quality, I am also sure that eth will rise again but who knows how long it will take because of the current unstable market conditions, hopefully the increase will occur soon in near future as you expected

The reductions could be a better opportunity for us to get the coin at a cheaper rate. Some persons are of the opinion that the bull run is not yet over, though the market looks gloomy.

for the OP, I'm sure you've gotten a lot of advice from the members who participated in the discussion in the thread you created. one suggestion from me, just wait for ETH below because the correction is not finished yet. but if you're afraid of upgrades, you can buy them in stages. but that's all with consideration for the long term.

You are right, we have seen price declines up to 90% and in many of the ICO projects we even saw declines up to 99.9%. That won't happen to Ethereum of course, but 50% of the ATH does not mean the decline is over. Both scenarios are similarly possible. It could go back to its ATH very soon, but it could also go down another 50 or 60% from where we are now. It's possible that the former ATH becomes a kind of new base level from where accumulation starts again. Almost impossible to tell what the market will do next.

yes, especially on the 12th of last May, ETH has reached $4k and is now only at $2k, almost half of the high it reached, I agree that this is a good time to buy ETH if you have enough money to invest in it, or waiting for the value to drop even more but no one knows when that will happen.

I just want to say，waiting，looks like the room for ETH to decrease is still a lot，if you want to use the same capital to buy more ETH then waiting a few more months. It is totally unwise investing in ETH or the other cryptos at in this period time.

You have to learn more about technical, because it looks like you see fomo looking up quite high, in crypto there are always ups and downs, even though the price of eth is very high, there is definitely a moment that will come back down as low as low, and up again, I usually also use fundamental analysis for the long term.
