Since the price of bitcoin is still hitting the $ 15k mark, I have been keeping a close eye on ethereum's price and hoping that it can reach $ 500, or even higher. however, as I thought, the increase in bitcoin price also affected ethereum, and made the price go up but not so fast. I believe Ethereum's price could hit $ 500 this month, in fact, I really expected $ 800 if it were possible.
$500 is so close now, ETH is priced at $454 now, but if bitcoin will breakout to $17,000, then I would say ETH will easily be heading to $500 or even more. I like the market movement now, it seems this is really bullish and I think $20,000 is possible and with that said, it's expected ETH will pump as well.

Even if the Ethereum market is able to replicate the past rally it will take a much longer time even if Ethereum 2.0 is launched to reach its all time high valuation, i am expecting the market to move to those levels by next year rather than this year. The markets are performing exceptionally well this year than i expected and hopefully we will see that continue next year as well.and I admit that it will take time but not that much longer because we are near $20,000 value of bitcoin again,if BTC break another ATH then why not Ethereum right?
So for sure either late this uear?or at leasy early next year.

Exactly, its getting more exciting to see the market make its new ATH and with ETH we’re in good hands. I also believe that ETH will end this year on a big price probably beyond $500 and who knows, it might hit the price of $1k again. The bull trend and update with ETH is a big thing so hold more now and keep that excitement with you. 
Many things can be inferred by judicial analysis but the crypt-currency market is not speculative. Etherium prices may go up or down with Bitcoin but that is not always the case. Ethereum 2.0 will launch in December. Along with the price, it is currently 500 but in the near future it will go up to 1000.
Can there be any guarantee that the launch of ethereum 2.0 will be able to change and influence developments that will be significant to ethereum? theoretically this is to fix and improve so that it can be better, but the reality will not necessarily happen.
But that ethereum will see an increase is understandable as bitcoin is giving all the altcoins a boost with the increase being experienced.
for several months altcoins seem to be confused by the rapid change of bitcoin, where bitcoin can go down quickly but can also go up quickly too. So far, altcoins usually follow but not when bitcoin does.
I am sure that eventually altcoins will get used to the way bitcoin works today, I can agree that ethereum will increase by the end of the year but for $ 1K it is still too far, but if next year I am sure it will surpass.

Price is very much at resistance levels, so difficult to tell right now. I don't doubt it can reach $750-800 in the near future, later this year, but it'll need to break out of the long-term parallel channel it has remained in for the past two years. Given it's been trading within this range for so long, it seems most likely to get rejected at resistance, statistically speaking. Breaking out the channel and through resistance, means there is very far to go until the next resistance level. This is the hopeful sign at least in the mid-term.
Otherwise, somewhere between the mid-level of the channel, as well as 50 & 200 Week MAs around $250-300 doesn't seem unlikely to me what-so-ever. Bare in mind that despite the rally from sub <$100 to >$400 (300% rise), there still isn't a "golden cross" of the 50 & 200 MAs on the Weekly time-frame, so there is still bearish pressure around.
Otherwise, somewhere between the mid-level of the channel, as well as 50 & 200 Week MAs around $250-300 doesn't seem unlikely to me what-so-ever. I think the price of ethereum will soon go up to $ 800 because ethereum 2.0 will start on December 1, 2020 and from the ethereum analysis chart it seems that following the movement of bitcoin in 2014-2016, making a double buttom then moving above the necline and now eth again accumulated to immediately go up to $ 800.

I don't find the market to be more exciting this time. There is growth with ethereum, but the same isn't the one that we experienced during the previous bull market. The price of found above $450, but if it is experiencing the perfect bull trend then it could've crossed $500 by now due to mutual growth following bitcoin. Somehow the market will reach $500 before the year end depending on the growth of bitcoin.

to me what just happen is that, after the reductions of Ethereum Gas fees, that is how the price increase this was to due many project were migrating from Ethereum blockchain to TRON and MATIC Network looking at it with a massive rejection in the market, so the price fee was reduced and many users and networks started making of Ethereum again this was what called for the increase based on my personal opinion and point of view. so it might slightly get get 670$.
i remembered spending 5$ as gas fee, this was massive loose to me so i converted all my ETH to Tron

this has been the trend since Eth took the rank 2 position.
Back in the days ETH clock around 1.5k I think but right now there are so many things within the crypto space and am sure ETH 2.0 will push its price but personally all the hype of 1k 2k I dont think thats possible from my point of view but 500 is a realistic price for it and it might reach that target
I think that you should re-consider again about that. You must also see the latest result from the ethereum.org and it looks like there's no a lot of people tried to deposit their money to the ethereum 2.0 deposit contract. People are still preferring waiting for the another update that will come soon.
The majority of ethereum holders are still holding their money. Ethereum 2.0 is not so hyped like what it was a few months ago.

Ethereum's price would naturally pass through $500 first before reaching $800. $500 is a very easy target achievable any day within the week or month. $800 within 2020 is the higher goal. But that is very possible. The unrolling of Ethereum 2.0 is making everything more possible. It seemed the anticipation of Ethereum's staking is high. This will definitely lock up thousands of Ethereum therefore causing the supply to shrink while the demand increases.
