Bitcoin is the leader in the crypto currency market. In the next couple of years, Etheremum, of course, will not be able to overtake Bitcoin due to market capitalization.

Ether is the threat to btc but this doesn't mean that they won't be able to exist together. to my mind, btc will be the leader along with ether. it is obvious that both coins are the best and have pros
I think it is not threatening, but it is my opinion, I think that bitcoin was the king of cryptocurrency and will remain them, despite what is happening in the market now.
It may be your own opinion, but I don't think that Ethereum is a threat for bitcoin, because is the unbeaten leader of this market and still King of this market. However, Ethereum is at the second position in this market since long, but nowadays ethereum not performing in the market as per people expectation and struggling from few months.
Prices that are still guided by Bitcoin will not affect Ethereum to be better than Bitcoin because you can see for yourself how Ethereum has experienced a very bad decline from the previous few months.

I do not think it will never be, if we look at the dominance of bitcoin on coinmaketcap is increasing more and more even if the value remains more or less stable, the value of the altcoin is decreasing more and more. Bitcoin at the moment is worth about 1/3 of what was worth in January while ethereum value 1/7.
Also new people entering on merkat will ear about Bitcoin and buy some fraction of Bitcoin, not others altcoin.

Ethereum will or can never becomes a threat to bitcoin,I found ethereum to be more expandable with the erc20 capability ,ethereum and bitcoin never runs on same algo ,bitcoin uses sha256 and ethereum is ethash ,plain and simple .

I will disagree for this they have different marketing strategies and ethereum would never be threat for the bitcoin because every coin has they have their own potential to grow in the community beside bitcoin has more adoption of people and there is a rumor that it will replace fiat. Ethereum has good prospects and a strong fan base,I do think ethereum are great coins and its seems like ethereum have more grow than bitcoin and more solid. I do think if this keep happening ethereum will be able to be number one coin. I do completely agree with your statement but i do it will be happen far in the future.
Ethereum isn't a threat to bitcoin because both are created with a different purpose. They usually go together. Ethereum is a platform that facilitates application and smart contracts while bitcoin is a peer-to-peer payment network and a store of value. So I believe they are not competing for each. Thus, Ethereum has never been a threat to bitcoin.
I think ethereum is not a threat to bitcoin, both have many differences, so it won't be a threat to each other. ethereum is too young to threaten coins as strong as bitcoin.

I agree, Bitcoin will grow because of its popularity growing. And it is growing, taking into account the fact that many countries are taking Bitcoin.
I do not think ethereum is a threat to bitcoin. Although it is a good altcoin in its niche and many might see it as a good competitor for bitcoin, but it can be a threat to it.
