We really wont know the value of ETH until they implement Proof of stake prove it works. Smart contracts are usefull but i think they will just be implemented into a more secure and organised community like DASH.

I do not think the Etheruem price is high. It is consolidating at the moment. It will rise a lot after the conference.

There is little price price in the last 24 hours. So the price is not spiking. You have time to buy some more.

I think that after the many issues with Ethereum and the recent dispute with ETC makes it pretty risky. I wouldn't put my money on it at least for now

If you owned the Ethereum before the hard fork, you will own two coins. The combined value of the two coins are not much lower than the Ethereum.
That could be the the biggest problem on ethereum and i think that coin for now is really advisable for taking extra precaution since there are ETC already who's almost taking the eth fame and since etc got more attention now theirs a big possibilities for eth that this coin will go down and turn dead since etch will prevail since people knows that this one is the real ethereum(correct me if im wrong with this), but for now i don't really do trades in eth since i am worried for its progress nowadays.

Hi everyone, I've been around for a while now..
I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.
At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.
Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).
So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

Ether for now is good as you can see on exchange website ether price was stock and never pump or dump for now lets hold our bitcoin for some future purposes incase the ether will pump we can buy and sell more and theres no issue about ether for now. lets see in next month I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.

@Bokelka. Be careful with ETH. The whole altcoin market have started to go down except for a selected few. I do not think ETH will be spared from the bear market in the cryptosphere. People will start converting and holding BTC because it is now starting to be bought up again.
They are funded for years, so they won't have to sell any of the foundation's ethereum. They could sell their personal stash but that's not related to foundation's money. I can feel you're starting to regret buying ETC as you can see it slowly being dumped.
though still i think that ethereum is not a bad currency, however i have to agree that its price is going to be dumped over timeThe Ethereum Devcon2 will be held. So the price might go higher.

The Chinese are quite rich. If they think the Etheruemm has great future, they will invest in it, the price will rise.
