The main question for Ethereum is its computing cost IMO
The EVM costs too much to run. Simple computations cost several dollars. Why a supercomputer with this much computing cost would be successful is beyond me.
In order for the Ethereum idea to become mainstream, the computing cost would have to drop thousands of times.

Surely ETH is a good coin & does not need much time to recover, as only two weeks left in 2018, it looks like that price of $500 looks not possible in 2018. It can be possible in next year & hope for the best.

ethereum prices cannot be trending anymore and the price is now very cheap and helpless to make many people lose.
Since few months we didn't see any positive trends from ethereum but none of investors are afraid from this falling of ethereum, and this is just chance for collecting cheap eth from market so I'm waiting cheaper prices for doing big investments to eth.

I personally believe in the Ethereum development team. And if you believe them, Ethereum has a lot of updates. Yes I think hard fork will bring growth but even more growth should bring the question of scaling !

I have to disagree. Bitcoin is still the king and that is where most people put in their money with. Going long at this bear market is the only thing, hard to short because of too much risk.
However, we haven't seen the positive trends on bitcoin and it continues to go down as we speak. Now its below $100 and who knows when it will recover. This bear season even affected the best of alt coins so its a long walk for everyone but let's say look at the bright side and buy in this dip.
