I agree that Ethereum is the king of ICO. almost all companies are based on Ethereum.

Currently, Ethereum is far ahead of its closest competitors. The number 2 is NEO, but is basically has the same set of problems Eth faces now, so there is no much sense for ICOs to stick to it. On the other hand, NEO-based ICO are less likely to be a scam for some reason.

Agree. Ethereum just has no competitors. When new altcoins will produce network which can be in demand, then smth can change. I think in few years we will have such networks.
