Why do you wanna know? Do you really want to buy or do you want to sell your altcoins in your portfolio? Most often Ethereum was just still depending on Bitcoins fluctuation if the price go high then somewhat they go high too but not at all because of all different altcoins that ERC20 compatible. It somehow alter the fluctuation of Ethereum when someone just buy or sell their token from MEW.
