ethereum cannot take over the position of bitcoin, bitcoin will still be the strongest coin on the market, no altcoin can replace bitcoin because bitcoin is the first coin and has greater trust among other coins, although currently ethereum is very popular but still can't replace the position of bitcoin
there is no possible way fro ethereum to overtake bitcoin, the gap between them is too large, how can people compared ethereum with bitcoin ? 
I guess it cannot overtake Bitcoin of any cryptocurrency even its Ethereum because Bitcoin will remain best and number one. While Ethereum will be next only to it but possible to ETH to overtake by any crypto but it takes time before it happen. Also Bitcoin and Ethereum is like king and queen so if they goi g to die possible the other will die also but we never might might happen in the end.
Bitcoin capitalization is greater than the capitalization of all the other cryptocurrencies put together.
And the rise in all currencies is usually based on the growth of Bitcoin.

in my opinion it is very difficult that ethereum will take over bitcoin, because the price movement of the price is very different and if the price of btc goes down then all altcoins will go down and then if the price of btc rises, then all altcoins will go up, because btc is the king of currencies crypto which can affect other coins.
Sorry I disagree with your opinion that if bitcoin goes down all the altcoins will go down, although usually so but not 100% that bitcoin affects the price of all altcoins because actually every coin has its own volume and demand and the development of the project at that time greatly affected the price of the coin, so even if the bitcoin price falls but if there are coins that have many buyers then the price will not go down

im not sure etherium can surpass bitcoin defending in this situation now, we can see bitcoin have growth even in small percentage, but for etherium, its like not moving from the last rate on 220$ / eth.

Bitcoin is the main crypo that greatly affects the value of other coins so it will be very difficult if Altcoin will take over Bitcoin including Ethereum coins. and from what I have seen since long ago Altcoin was very dependent on the value of Bitcoin if Bitcoin dropped then there were many Altcoins that went down and vice versa. so in my opinion it is also impossible for ETH to take over Bitcoin.

As information that currently dominance reaches more than 52%, this indicates that the influence of bitcoin is too strong and seems difficult to replace with any coin including ethereum.

I don't know how you are saying this! I think you would like to see that. However, It's not possible at all for this year to overtake the Bitcoin place by Ehereum. Please don't mind what I am saying even I would like to see that but it's the truth, though ETH can overtake the BTC it will take more years to do that. Do you see XRP volume? if not please see and think about it. You could get some idea from that. In the following year ETH will overwtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency. I think it can be possible. Because i really trust ethereum and vitaliks vision about ethereum. Also after some updates which will come to eth. Eth will
more powerful than before. So why not. We can easily reach btc's marketcap. I also believe eth will reach 10k dollar in 3 4 years.
Demand the Ethereum more popular than bitcoin.On its platform and smart contracts-hold many companies .But bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and is the number one digital currency in the world.And I think the popularity, demand and crown of bitcoin-no one will be able to push to the background.

Pretty bold assumption! What facts are you guided by? I have nothing against ETH, and the cryptocurrency market is not very predictable, but not the fact that next year ETH will take at least the second position, since XRP has already taken ETH place several times.

well the trust i believe ETH is a better coins than bitcoin but we should look at a big picture what is bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first coins and its the reasons why all cryptocurrency exist in the first place and thats why it would be really hard to defeat bitcoin and also i think ethereum right now has a lot of competitor which i think ethereum price would also hard to increase significantly to defeat bitcoin market capitalization.
