In altcoins, Erhereum is indeed one of the best to choose. So you have taken quite good steps in this matter. Because I also have Ethereum that I store. But I also share my capital in several other altcoins. Which means I not only invest in Ethereum but also in other altcoins.

BNB is also good but I only hold it to sell when there is a launchpool. People bought when there was a launch pool while I sold gradually. Grin

ETH is quite satisfying but some altcoins do good as well like BNB, Matic, etc.
You can buy more coins at your preferred but I would say you may focus more on the ETH than others. Allocating 60% to ETH and 40% to others is a fair decision for me. At least if ever I lose on other altcoins, I already secured more than half of my capital which means that it is still possible that I can recover losses.

Anyway, choosing ETH alone is definitely a good choice and many investors did this. Besides, ETH is the most promising altcoin in the market, with less risk and surely a profitable investment.

Ethereum ETF is on the waiting list this year cause many people waiting for that to happen, when the Ethereum ETF news comes we can expect Ethereum to move like what Bitcoin did. Compared to BNB I would choose to Invest in Ethereum because last few months Binance got shaken due to CZ stepping down. It's up to you based on what strategy you're using but if I were you I would make my portfolio like 80% Ethereum 20% BNB or I can get other altcoins.

I don't always focus on any other altcoin except Ethereum and BNB investment. Because there is no guarantee of other coins within altcoins. Investing in other coins carries a higher amount of risk. Alt coins other than Ethereum and BNP are mostly seen as investment scams. So I am not at all willing to invest in another altcoin. ETH is still the top choice for portfolio allocation to Altcoins. This is the only Altcoin that I invest in without having to look at the price every day, and can keep it for a long time without worrying about anything. Regarding BNB, I think it is no longer a coin worth investing in for the next growth cycle. What happened to Binance and CZ recently could signal a not very positive future for Binance.
Exchange coins are no longer an attractive story because when large Wall Street organizations participate, and legal regulations on this market will gradually form in the near future, showing that exchanges will no longer operate as easily as before, but will be subject to stricter supervision, and large Wall Street corporations will take over this exchange sector (represented by Coinbase). I really agree with you, ethereum is the most altcoin in my portfolio, 80% of my altcoin portfolio is in eth, why eth, because eth is the king of altcoins and the bitcoin killer, according to the crypto community in the world, I'm sure eth will break its all time high when bullish markets are the same as events like 2021, hopefully it happens again, I'm very optimistic about eth, but remember, this is not financial advice, keep doing your own research.

ETH might be king of alts, but it still has this fee problem that they couldn't figure out. When it moved to PoS there was a belief that it would be solved, and fee would be lower, and yet it hasn't been fixed. I think that slows down the increase a bit, I think it has to do a lot better. I know that it is going to take a while, but it has to be fixed in order to make ETH go up as much as it really deserves.

Plenty of people do not use ETH just for that reason, if people used it more, then there would be a lot more ETH being bought, to be used later on. This is why, if we want to see ETH peak on it is ceiling, then we need to figure out a way to make sure that it is doing fine with fees, make it cheap and quite fast so people would prefer it.

I think all the projects in the top 10 are all good and worth investing in for the long term. Ethereum will always be the best altcoins to invest compare to other altcoins. Ethereum is reliable for hodling, it is a coin that good profit can be achieved in the future if investors hodl it. I also agree if we talk about ETH. Because now even the Spot Eth ETF will also trigger hype this year. So I also feel that this year is a good year to invest in ETH. I don't have plenty money to invest in separate altcoins in the market, that is why I made Ethereum my choice in this season to increase my profits since I have increase my capital to win the big profit from Ethereum and it will surely come when the bull run start flowing in the market.

All those new projects you mentioned are strange to me and I don't invest my money on any how projects without know everything i need to know about that projects before investing my money and, many people has experienced a lot of lost from those projects hoping that they are investing in the right project not knowing that is a wrong project because they didn't carry out their research before investing.
