I'm using Ethplorer to check my wallets and track my tokens if the token I waited coming from bounties have finally arrive in my wallets, I have so many shit tokens in my wallet that are sitting in my wallets for years but I notice that some coins do not have value in Ethplorer whereas in Etherscan they have value, did you also notice that, which of the two are you using to check your wallet.
I am amazed by seeing this topic is still opened for the question about etherscan and ethplorer. I can not understand why some don't noticed his own thread after created it. and why they don't lock topic after getting enough answer.

Op as I see it has already 6 pages gone already. Maybe you have already got you answer what you wanted to know actually. So you should check this thread and lock it other wise this will overloaded with full of same answers.

I have used etherscan and ethplorer and both are easy to use.But I am more amazed with ethplorer  than etherscan.Etherscan played with my feelings a few times.
In a few months ago when I try to check my balance using etherscan I found that I have 5000$ and I thought I am watching wrong wallet then I have checked my wallet in explorer and total balance was 5$.And all of my happiness has gone to the hell.Sometimes etherscan show false value of the token when in reality they have no worth or value. Sometimes if coin has changed their contract address, etherscan will still show balance in their previous coin. And I have not found this type of mistake with Ethplorer. So my vote will go to ethplorer.

Both are helpful. I can't mark one from both. Basically, I use Ethplorer to check altcoins and Eth in my Ether wallet. The scenario is the same for Etherscan too.

Nothing is different in my opinion in ethplorer and etherscan. In my opinion, web design is that ethplorer is specialized for information from tokens, whereas etherscan is for all eth information platforms, erc20 tokens or other information. I more often use Etherscan because the design is better and not heavy, if we do optimize both websites, Etherscan has a better SEO value.

Etherscan is better than ETHplorer. Etherscan innovates more than ethplorer, and sometimes ethplorer often does not detect tokens that have been sent. For example I have sent Token A to a wallet, but the token is still read to be in the previous wallet.

As for me, I think the most common site I viewed when I'm checking my tokens is Ethplorer. because I found it easy to access that site no matter how bad my connection is. Sometimes Etherscan doesn't load when I have a bad internet connection which leads me to frustration whenever I want to check the price of my tokens. Some people prefer the others depending which is the first one introduced to them in their first days in the crypto industry. ever since my first day, I'm using Ethplorer almost once a week to check if some of my tokens have already got some price and sometimes it really has.

I've always used etherscan because it's easy to use and very complete. Have no complains so far. I'm not sure why ethplorer doesn't track the fiat value of tokens even if they are already listed on exchanges.

I personally only use etherscan as I find it more convenient than ethplorer. I don't know why, but perhaps this is due to the fact that initially I used etherscan and I liked it. Further, I did not look for a replacement for it and continued to use it, and I still use it. As for me, etherscan is more convenient and informative. This is exactly what I need. It also allows you to track token prices and find out where the token is being traded. It is very convenient and allows you to get the most necessary information.
I believe the reason why you find etherscan more convenience is becasue you're used to it because I dont like it but prefer to use ethplorer to check my wallet and i also like the features of it that indicate if a wallet belong to an exchange site. Despite that, I only use etherscan for tracking unconfirmed transactions.

I often use both when I often join a number of bounties when there are still many campaigns in progress (joining campaign articles) and almost every day check if there are tokens that enter my wallet but sometimes ethplorer is very slow when I open it.

I think if the accuracy of the information, then both are the same, because Etherscan or Ethplorer comes from the same source, MyEtherWallet. But to detect exchanges, it is easier to use Etherscan.
It all depends on the comfort of everyone in using it. we cannot compare it based on our comfort. everyone has their comfort. both remain good in my opinion.

I'm not talking about user comfort, and I'm not imposing my comfort on others. What I discuss about how to detect exchanges with Etherscan. So the OP can check directly the value stated on Etherscan based on active exchange. Because the basic question is "which of the two are you using to check your wallet."

I am using ethplorer because it is so simple and we could see all of our erc20 crypto in there.
But I am having some trouble in ethplorer lately some of my eth doesn't reflect on that site so I need to visit etherscan to see if I already receive my ETH.

Both is good, they are doing the same work, I always use etherscan, but ethplorer is good aswell. With wallet like trust wallet and Imtoken  2.0, knowing your coin value is already made easy.

basically they display the same features, but I think etherscan has a more complete and more detailed look.
but now the average person uses applications like trustwallet or other applications that are simpler and easier to use.

Both have different features, I also prefer Etherscan. But also I use ethplorer.
sometimes a token has not appeared in Etherscan yet appears in Ethplorer. Vice versa.

For me I prefer the interface of Ethplorer rather than Etherscan, I always use the ethplorer on checking my wallet.I only notice a difference between them is sometimes my tokens have value on etherscan but if I check it in ethplorer it does not have any value.

I always use etherscan because many people use it, and reviews about etherscan are also good. And until now never
disappointed with etherscan, so why try anything else. Besides, I have never used ethplorer, so I can't compare where
is better. But according to the reviews I read, they are equally good, so it doesn't matter if you want to use either.
Depending on the needs of each person and in my opinion, etherscan is better and has a better looking interface. If you are familiar with etherscan then you probably won't want to use other websites because etherscan is more than enough. Of course, it is possible to try ethplorer as well, but I personally think this site is not much different from before and doesn't really attract users.

I only use etherscan since joining the crypto world and joining projects that use the erc-20 chain. There is no specific reason actually, because I am more familiar with using etherscan and it looks more attractive. Regarding the value that does not appear in one of these trackers because the value is too small, the price and volume in the market are low, IMO. This is actually not a technical problem that you should be confused about, if you really want to know the price directly then you can check the social media coins or tokens to find out the exchange that is used, or can immediately see it on Coingecko or CMC.
True, this should be the least thing to come up as a trouble. rather, it's matter of preference for each person. People like ethplorer because it's convenient for them but etherscan is still the one that i used because i'm too familiar with its UI and I don't think I'm gonna move anytime soon
