which driver is best for 7950 ? Which pool is most profitable for genoil's version of miner? please help me

dwarf is the most profitable for me almost the same earning of the calculator, very good estimate and profit

about what calculator do you speak?
I have (without proxy because proxy hangs on my rig) significally less earnings (with 72mhs I get only 0,67 instead of 0,81 like according to calculator from etherscan)

my ethminer used to show my hashrate, then it would show = double my rate /s

now after an upgrade its showing = half my rate / 0.5s

have you removed some dual channel mining abilities?

Sorry if such question was answered, but how should failover stratum look like?

ethminer.exe -G -S pool1 ... and what next?...

Code:
ethminer.exe -C -S eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:80/0Myxa2541adressss/worker
doesn't work

no it doesn't. my fork doesn't support dwarf stratum. a. their stratum is not stratum and b. their faq says my stratum is buggy while their implementation is simply out of spec.

i will support it if i get paid to do it  Grin

I hear you, Genoil. NO pools have standard "stratum" support, and the vardiff is also flakey.

Coinotron, ethpool/ethermine, miningpoolhub are pretty good. Coinmine.pl as well although there's a little hack in my code to support it.

Genoil, do you think the new 1080 and 1070 will hash as fast on a win10 rig as a linux or win7 one? It will be nice to get my computer back  Grin

You mean as slow?

Ok let's say I did NOT just get access to a Win7-x64 box with NO GTX1080 and CUDA 8.0RC NOT installed and I didn't succesfully build my 1.0.8 ethminer fork on it.

I didn't clock 19.6MH in default benchmark mode at ~140W and it sure as hell didn't clock a whopping 650KH/s in actual mining mode against the current DAG.

This card trashes TLB like GM107  Undecided

But...there is hope. I can't disclose what I just heard from my source because the word 'might' in his statement leaves me too uncertain. But if it's true everything simply changes.

Everything simply changes for Maxwell cards too like the 750ti? :-)  And when would this "might" possibly happen?  :-D  I am just glad your NOT doing research with NO GTX1080... Just wouldn't be prudent! LOL

Apparently Pascal supports large TLB page sizes. I don't know if Maxwell does. It's not something Nvidia can simply enable in CUDA 8. In Linux perhaps, Windows needs a new WDDM release.

can this be fixed to have good hashrate on new pascal gpu?

1.0.8, + 4x 970 CPU loaded on 80%, and a miner does not work, very slowly.

1-2-3x    970   works fine.

cpu amd 2 cores, nvidia driver last.

 Huh

what is missing?

how much RAM you got there and which OS? btw i'm probably not the most experienced here with just 1 970. there are others here who've got big nvidia rigs

8gb + 5 swap

cpu load 83% constantly, waiting for hour

Curiously, when mining on ethermine, is there a warm up period before you start making what you should for your submitted shares? Like you have to be on the pool for two hours before you earn your optimal income rate.

Yes. Ethermine is PPLNS, and I think 2 hours is their window.

Does in support dwarfpool stratum now?

Always has done you need to set your miner up correctly and use correct ports and proxy if your using stratum than getwork Smiley http://dwarfpool.com/eth scroll down to where says getting started and read how to create config above on right hand side you will see Stratum-port: 8008 and list of servers to use make config up and go from their if cant make config just follow instructions on their site how to do everything.
