Artillery shelling of Severodonetsk and Lugansk. In that last video, people filming it from their flats are risking their lives.
According to Poroshenko, some 250 members of the Donetsk self-defence were killed in Slavyansk this morning. So that takes the total number of killed rebels to 7,344,583,174 fighters.

Heavy artillery is shelling Slavjansk. aiming at multi-story buildings, targeting flats and chipping away at the supporting walls:

The shelling is done from artillery units "Uragan" (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/uragan/), which is much more powerful than "Grad".
The other places that are especially targeted are houses, railway station, water collection points - where the concentration of people is highest.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement saying that Kiev will have to answer for murders of civilians:

Poroshenko promised today to start "war of new type". The bandit groups of Ukrainian junta will not conduct massive fights, while he promises that freedom fighters "will suffer massive losses":
