That graphic is very useful, thanks for sharing.

So main difference is america vs. europe. In ticketing business i will go for America. Much more activity so much more opportunity.

America is much bigger in case of ticketing.
Look at those big sport events where millions are watching and buying tickets.

EventChain will be bigger then Aventus!

True with America, but Europe has also a big soccer culture. But beside that, sports are a small business here.
On the other side, in Europe, especially in Germany (don't know about other countries here in Europe), you have a big concert and festival culture, where a lot of blackmarket tickets get sold.

As both projects are focusing on different areas both will probably also go for a different main market Smiley Anyways, it's good to start in different regions.

Soccer is big but the black market in soccer isnt the same as the sport black market in America, so much more money there.
Aventus will be great by doing concert in Europe and certainly festivals.

This project seems interesting, I think this is the first one I see about event tickets and you have a large competent team. The media coverage seems great by the way.

I'll take a look at the whitepaper  Smiley

Holy shit. Aventus public sale sold out within 10 minutes. There seems to be lot of interest in blockchain ticketing solutions.

It would not surprise me if EventChain would pull the same next week. 3, 2, 1 ... it's gone. Smiley Interested investors should better be fast if they want to participate.

Right, looking at the success of Aventus as a similar project gives a good idea how popular a blockchain based ticketing system could be.

We will see, the one who goes first will be the winner in this game, like ebay.
But, it has to be very userfriendly, thats an important point.
It should running without any tech skills from a smartphone like a charme.
Then it will be a success. Dont forget the older people, it must be very easy to use.

But according to the comparison between both projects that was posted earlier, EventChain is targeting more the North America Region, while Aventus wants to focus on Europe. So at first they wont be direct competitors. Maybe when both try to go global, we will see who is going to be the winner in this game.

Seems like a solid plan and with a demo that speak of strong professionalism. I've bookmarked this thread and will dig into the project a little more when I have some time.

Considering an imminent revolution, I see that this project becomes more and more solid in imagining the number of services we use today, from a simple football game, to a party, to travel and others, as well as something very useful and inclusive , by bringing people to the crypto, allows us to see a future without conflict, unified, constant interaction between economies, or a unification. closely following the EventChain ...

I'm glad for projects like EventChain or Aventus! I hope they really manage to tackle all the problems of  current ticket systems like quickly sold out events, massively overcharged resell tickets,d doubts if tickets from resellers are original and not some fake, etc. I'd love to see them both succeed  Smiley

This project has huge potential if dev and marketing team can access all over world.
Think about all events like sports-concerts etc. Huge potential.

What sould be the difference to Aventus quite apart from the fact that you have well known altcoin traders on board? Do you already have establied partnerships? This is not an offense. I am very interested in ticket and event decentralisation solutions, but at the first glance Aventus looks more authentic to me.
EventChain seems to have a bigger community compared to Aventus. This is what matters imho. You need people who trust in your business, because these are ones who need to adopt your idea, use your tools and so on. The people decide if your idea has a future or not. Aventus community is very small at the moment. If you wanna bet on ticket decentralization in generally, you should maybe own both. Smiley

what's different between Eventchain and Aventus? in my point of view i think Eventchain is big project more then others. also big team. looks very professional.

Here is a nice graphic that gives you the difference between Eventchain and Aventus

Very nice article you can check out:
https://cryptocanucks.com/blockchain-event-ticketing-industry-head-head-eventchain-aventus/

Eventchain plans to raise 3.5x more funding which in my opinion is due to the potential of scalability in North America. Europe will have cross border regulations where progression will be slow and additionally the event attendance numbers are much larger in North America due to professional sports leagues such as the NFL, NBA & NHL. The future is bright for Blockchain and we are excited to see what is yet to come.

I just heard about Aventus a few days ago, they were running a dApp contest. Yesterday I saw this new EventChain thread which looks like a similar project. Didn't know EventChain was that big on Reddit. Good to know the differences.

It does look like a lot of the ICO's now are basing their system off each other.

There are already attempts to fight ticket fraud with using a mobile platform to avoid paper tickets which can be manipulated. Here is an article about NFL team Dallas Cowboys http://www.retaildive.com/ex/mobilecommercedaily/ticketmaster-and-the-dallas-cowboys-fight-fraud-through-mobile-ticketing

I just checked the alpha, it's simple, practical and handy. Maybe you can make some improvements on the theme.

But i know it's alpha, and there is too much differences will be make in future. But for now i can call it, a good start.

The fact that this ICO has a working product should be advertised like crazy. too few ICOs have this.
