One of my hobbies is playing online games even though I'm not a streamer i used my knowledge in esports betting, I know what are the possible odds and chances of winnings of the team for their upcoming matches, I've been doing this since 2016 I know this still considered as a gamble but most of my games still in a good win rate ratio IMO. Also having a cockfight is one of the known leisure time in my country reason why I bought some just to make a breed of it, people really spent a lot of money just to have a good condition rooster and hens for their breed activity and of course in a derby, this activity gives us a meal for our every day needs.

Turning a hobby into a business is certainly very fun, apart from being able to get a sense of satisfaction from a hobby, you can also get profits. Since I was little, I have loved kites, almost every afternoon I spend time playing with kites. When the wind blows a little hard, my kite often breaks and I don't know where it falls, so my father buys a new kite for me. Instantly my business spirit emerged when my father bought a new kite, I would be able to make money if I could make my own kite.
When I was a teenager, I tried it and failed several times. Then I saw a tutorial on how to make a kite on YouTube with various types of kites. Now I can fulfill other people's requests to make kites, even though the results are not very much, but it feels very nice to be able to earn money from my hobby since childhood.

Turning a hobby into a business sounds so fun! But I bet it has its challenges too.  What did you do for fun that you managed to monetize? I wanna hear all about how you went from hobbyist to entrepreneur!

Tell me, what struggles popped up as you worked to turn your passion into a profit? How did you push past them? Got any pro tips you can share to help other hobby lovers try to make it big? I love hearing stories of folks who bet on themselves and won.

I have never thought of such before now but what you have passion for, is not necessarily supposed to be turned into profit, there are different passion, when some people open up what they have passion for you will be surprised to hear them say it but then people passion differs too, I will not dispute the fact that turning passion into profit is not good but it depends, when individuals concentrate on how to make a profit out their passion they do so well in it, I believe passion is what you like doing or what you would have love to engage yourself in, i have a friend who love making hair from when were children, he love this so much to the extent that whenever he is with his mum he will bring hair comb and be combing his mother hair, a day came he tried to bread his mum's hair to his greatest surprise he did it perfectly well, his mum encouraged him, people started inviting him to their house to weave their after his mother made them know and was it, as at today he has grown very rich that he owns many big saloon but let's us know that it may not work for everyone.

I also never thought about this. For me, passion is just something to relax after a stressful day at work or to entertain in my free time. Turning passion into work and making a profit from it is not an easy thing that everyone can do.

When we are young, we certainly have many interests and passions and always want to turn them into reality. But when we grow up and are the breadwinner of a family, our passions or hobbies cannot bring profit and support the family. At that time, no one needed it anymore and I thought a grown man's passion was making money.

that's why many of us didn't continue our dreams when we were kids because of what's going on and the situation nowadays, others prefer to take a practical course to find a job easily but if we're making good money, it's possible we can do what we want because we can afford it, just like others who dream of becoming a baker, now they can bake anytime because they have the ability to do that. Always remember that it's not too late especially if we work hard to get what we want.

In the past, I used to monetize my gaming hobbies, like selling gold or currency in MMORPGs (called RMT), selling high-level accounts, and sometimes helping people rank up in competitive MOBAs. But when a hobby becomes a job, it's just not fun anymore. It becomes a responsibility, and I can't relax until I finish the order.

Now, I'm trying a different approach. I'm looking for a skill that's in high demand and can make money, and then trying to love it. Maybe this way I can still have fun while making money. Who knows?

Turning a hobby into a job is really a pleasure. Because people have a special liking for a hobby. When that liking turns into a profession, the interest in that job increases several times.  But it's very challenging because it takes a lot of risk to turn a hobby into a business. It requires a lot of planning and money to invest. It's a very challenging thing because if someone's hobby is gardening, it will take a long time to turn it into a business. But it's impossible.

Who hadn't dreamt of doing it, doing something you like while earning through it.
I think we wouldn't be stressed out from earning if it ever happens, and only few could pull that kind of life.
Some people needs to focus on their earning because they couldn't afford to risk it for something that doesn't guarantee to give them profit or earnings.
Of course everyone likes this, determining their desires or choices to be able to generate the money they get to determine their future, it is not easy to go through all this, obstacles or challenges in running a business will always be there and we also think about how of the business competition out there, of course we will think about this too, how we will survive the rigors of life, stress will always be there if our business doesn't go well. Life is full of risks. Indeed, some people are not willing or able to take all these risks.

To be honest, there aren't any, in fact I don't have a specific hobby that makes me always want to do it., everything is just normal things that if I don't do it won't bother me.
And people who can turn their hobby into a job or make money or a bussines are innovative people, because they have thoughts that can change their hobby, and not everyone can do it, either because they don't believe that their hobby can make money or because they haven't found a way to change it, and honestly I'm amazed by people who can do that.
For now, the best thing is to do something that can make money, including when we are carrying out a hobby that we like and still getting money is happiness in itself. We do it without getting too tired and still happy because what we do produces money that can be used to buy our life's necessities. Not many can get an opportunity like that, so when you can get it easily then take good care of it so that it lasts a long time.

if anything as this was ever going to be possible with me, then it should be me turning my passion for football into getting financial profit from it. It never happened and to some extent, I've come to realize to it seems as though I have to survive first before talking about monetizing my passion. For those that are lucky to be skilled enough that they are earning from thier skills, it's not deficult for them to monetize thier skill but you know that it's a small fraction of people that end up being able to monetize Thier skillset.

It's everyone's dream to directly earn from what you're passionate about but if it's not coming as planned, it's just best to start earning from anyeans that's available and subsequently, you can even use what you've earned to develope yourself the more so you can add more value ti your skills.

Making a hobby into a business that provides a source of passive income is certainly very fun, although not everyone is lucky enough to be able to increase their income from a hobby, there are many people who make a hobby their main source of income. Most members certainly don't realize that their habit of writing in forums can be used as passive income. If you are used to writing and your hobby is writing, you can write articles, news sites or create exclusive subscription content that can increase your income.

I can see the great potential for making money from the hobby of photography, apart from being able to sell photos of your work to other people, you can also provide professional photography services for various official events such as weddings, birthdays or photo shoots in other fields which can make extra money. It needs to be underlined, changing a hobby as a source of income really requires maximum effort, persistence in carrying it out and also takes time to convince other people to subscribe to you.

You think you're gonna sell some photos and live the high life? Not so fast, friend. First off, the overhead's a btch. Good camera gear, advertising, website... it ain't cheap. And that's BEFORE you even snag a paying gig. Let's not forget the toll it takes on your soul. Taking something you love andturning it into a JOB can suck the joy right out of it. You'll be burned out before you make your first buck. Instead of making your passion your profession, think about using it strategically. Network with other hobbyists, see where your skills might fit in alongside someone else's hustle. It's about balance, you know? Keep the passion alive while you figure out how to make it work for you financially

It’s not necessarily that you will focus more on your passion and leave your current job. Believe me that will be more risky doing that. But if you can keep your job and at the same time continue to grow your passion, then there’s high chances that you will turn it into profits, which means you now have multi sources of profits. If you can handle doing both, much better but somehow it’s quite tiring and stressful to think. Just don’t overdo it.

It fits perfectly. If you already have a main job and produce it should be maintained and if there is a new one developed do not let an incident like this because there is a small problem that makes someone quit the job I guess it is a fatal error and choose my new one.

The increase in income, I think at this time is quite helpful because if we calculate the average, it has not maximally covered the average needs per month, for example. Must add activities that produce certainly whether departing from hobbies or existing abilities.

Turning a hobby into a job is sometimes a very good situation indeed and it will make us comfortable with what we do.
But sometimes such good things cannot come to everyone because life is not that comfortable to get good things in everything we do.

Currently for generation Z, most of them always want this where it is certain that content creators on several platforms or social media are the main goal or most likely to become a gamers who are still very popular but in the end things like this sometimes have higher competition because of the same mindset.

So in this case it is important for us to start being realistic in doing things, even though it is not a problem to try to approach where hobbies can be used as one of the income generators but we also need to realize that if in the end things like this sometimes cannot match expectations so we also need to try to be realistic when we have tried and failed because not necessarily what we want can happen even though we have worked hard.

My hobby since I was little was playing football and in the process of growing up, I had passion to play football as full time player and a career. Due to the environment I found myself and how it can’t help matters until you know someone that can help fund those dreams, it became a story for another day and had to switch to look for another career path that could give me some hope of making it profitable in the future. To be truthful, I don’t know why I studied what I learnt in the university, because I would wished I have studies another course and been in another career path that is more profitable. I just accept all as lessons and those who turn their passions into something profitable for them, they’re always the best in what they do and I really commend them for that.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
I feel like if I do it, I'd get drained doing what I love, I think that there's a fine line between money making and passion project and there's lines that you don't want to cross. I personally don't want my passion in art to be a job but I do accept commissions, I still don't see why I should be doing it full time, I'm having fun and I'm getting paid with what I deserve and I don't get burned out which is the best thing plus I'm not going to get exchange that for anything in this world, maybe at a certain price but I don't want to risk hating what I love to do because I decided to milk it for money.
Well, I guess you won’t get drained if you get satisfaction from your passion. If you love what you’re doing, then I see no risks and issues with it if you make it as your source of living. Although I’m not saying to leave your job and stick to your passion, but if you can make your passion turn into a side hustle, I guess that would be more fulfilling and satisfying on your part. You get the chance to enhance your passion and show to the world, plus you get paid for it, for me that creates bigger motivation on my part.
