An average person who is not  making money to take good care of his feeding and accomodation can not afford to save up for investment and some people are already tired of complaining because the hard life of feeding from hand to mouth has become the other or the day for them as the government is not doing anything reasonable to tackle the case of inflation that has taken over the whole of the economy. You can only get an extra pay if you are opportuned to get an extra job but what happens if you live in a country where the rate of unemployment is high how would you survive.

People can only hope for the Government to stabilize the economy again from inflation, there is nothing that can be done to survive, we have to spend money even though the prices of basic necessities are rising. It's true that it's difficult to think about saving or investing, just making a living is already difficult. We are lucky if we have income elsewhere, outside of our main job, for those who don't have it, it will be very difficult to face this situation. I think thinking about the future can indeed motivate us to seek additional income, but we must admit that the path will not be as easy as we imagine.

Nothing to do  People have adjusted themselves to this abnormal rise in commodity prices.  What do you do without adapting?  Because you have to eat food to survive.  I don't think there is any substitute for food.  So whoever earns from his place spends it entirely on food and daily necessities.  Now the thought of saving has become rare.  Still, even if something is done in between, savings must be made.  Because everyone has to think about the future.  If there is little money for the future, which seems to be the case, there will be no choice but to resort to others in dire straits.

That's because people don't have a choice. People are still going to eat, live in houses, use phones, and every other thing. No matter how expensive things get, people would still buy them. Life will only become harder for them. They don't buy those things without complaining, they complain, but at the end of the day, they can't do anything about it.
Inflation is at an all-time high in many countries, things are so freaking expensive and currency is losing value rapidly. It's not looking good.

Now people have to be very good economists. Learn to forgo things that are not necessary and learn to know which problem to solve first and which to solve next.
I also believe people can still save and invest. People who earn relatively well can still save up something. I know there are those who make barely enough to take care of their family, but there are those who make more than enough, but the money never seems to be enough because of poor management. If the money is managed properly, there could be something left to save.

With Bitcoin, it's easier to save and invest at the same time. If we squeeze a little out of our income into Bitcoin and leave it there, it may not turn us into a millionaire, but it would give us savings with a profit, if we're lucky it may be more than what the bank will give. The risk is greater but it's worth it.

I think saying if someone can't save its because they are not trying hard enough isn't always apply to most of people there's something called sandwich generation which need to take care of their elderly, need to pay up for their brother/sister tuition fee and so on that even only left very few money in their pocket by the end of the day, if we are talking about saving of course most of people that are under the poverty line really want to save up maybe to increase skill and getting into university for the sake of opening up that opportunity to become better in the future.

but truth is harsher than our planning, sometime there's always something that makes our money leave our pocket despite the fact that we trying so hard not to overspend but sometime some people are just that burdened with something that they can't control, can't blame them, maybe if they keep trying hard eventually they'd meet some point where they might improve their life but for many people they just can't escape the poverty.

Any war will indeed affect the price of a commodity because there will be a reduction in supply and demand will be very high because only a few will be able to supply because of the destruction and the rest. and the increase in commodity prices is currently a global problem, even countries that are not at war are facing the same challenge of high commodity prices. And if you talk about the rich, they even spend more because of their lifestyle. and is not everything they will tell you, the only prayer should be that we don't stop earning.

The price ratio of commodities—some have x2 or even x5—increases. and since the government is not even considering people, it is going to do good things They don't consider the implications all they look at is their pride.

Its funny that even though prices have gone up so high, still the people’s mindset do not even change or improve. If this is the case, then they’ll just expect that they will continue to get poorer if prices never stop from surging high. Unfortunately, inflation is here for good. So if a person won’t strive harder and increase his source of living, and will only settle for what he has already have, then he will only work for survival.

However, for those who have seen this coming, aside from getting side hustles to add up to their main income, they also tend to become smarter and wiser through investing in bitcoin, or even in other potential investments that may bring potential profits as well.

You observed correctly in the area of restaurant that touching, this has cost allot of under feeding as cutting cost has to come in in other to maintain one savings.
Some policy by government is not help to mitigate issue of price rise mostly once it has to deal with food market, for the sports I know it can be some how regulated if they have low turn out for the sports but food can't work as people can't stopped feeding.

The business tax should be reduced by government to help they have regulatory power over some hike on price of good mostly consumables.

This isn't just about people tightening their belts when prices spike or a company controls everything. It's life-or-death for regular folks in a system built to keep 'em down. Look at insulin; it's not a fancy car, it's whether you breathe or not. And when one player calls all the shots? This is textbook exploitation, showing exactly who has the power and who pays the price. The haves keep getting more while the have-nots suffer. But are we gonna just accept that? Are we gonna go down without a fight? Hell no. This isn't about making do, it's about making change. Sure, finding better income helps, but this ain't an individual problem. We need to band together, break these monopolies apart, hold them accountable. Because it's not about just surviving, we deserve a life where they can't bleed us dry just to make another buck

Average people could still invest or save it all comes to their ability, if they are comfortable with living just like that then it is their problem.
We could always find a way to earn extra if we want, some people take extra job just to earn more or be successful in the future, so there is no excuse for an average people not to have a savings or investment.

Even though the current economy is still not improving globally, everyone still has the opportunity to improve their respective economies through the work they have been doing and by adding new businesses that they are able to run. Because we can also see from business people who are still trying to improve their relationships as well as from investors who are still continuing to invest in conditions like today because they know that by continuing to move and work as usual. This will be enough to overcome every condition and difficulty they face now.

Since the start of the war in Russia and Ukraine, commodity prices have skyrocketed in every country around the world. Although there is no change in the lifestyle of the rich people, there has been a big change in the lifestyle of the low income people. Those who lead their lives with a fixed income are also going through extreme suffering. A commodity that cost $5 before the war has become $10, and some commodities have more than doubled in price. Before the war people used to try to save some money to cover their family's expenses, now they are struggling to survive on their daily needs. The extra money is now being spent on purchasing essential goods. Price hikes have had a massive impact everywhere, not just in commodities but also in housing. Even if the price of these goods is higher, people will have to spend. Because these things are necessary for survival.

In an all-digital world, transaction styles in society have changed, people can shop using cellphones or digitally.Digital or online shopping is dominated by mothers or women, even though the community's economy is increasingly squeezedPeople choose online shopping because they think this is one way to save on expenses because it is more practical and economical.  If we look at this time everyone is starting to feel the lack of economy, due to the limited livelihood factor so various cases occur, to overcome this, save money and don't buy what you don't need at the moment, otherwise the economy will get worse, 2024 will be a year of struggle. globaly

Cause the needs and wants of people do not change regardless of if things become more cheaper or expensive. You can't just stop people from wishing for more or fulfilling their needs. Some people will certainly adjust or learn how to budget accordingly, but people will always be spending when it's for something that they want or need, that's one thing for sure. That's why some motherfucking manufacturers out there push out monopolies to make sure that they control the market and jack the prices up against the common joe's wishes. Take for example insulin, which is a commodity that a huge portion of people in the planet needs so badly to survive another day on this planet, because only one company controls the insulin at least in the US, they can jack the prices up whenever they want and people will not have a choice but to complain, but buy that shit anyway. It's exploitative, yes, but it's a testament to how you can't force people to just adjust.

I for one do not condone adjusting your lifestyle for the sake of not spending more money if it can be helped. You can open yourself to even larger earning ventures out there without hampering your lifestyle, so why suffer just so you can get by?

My two cents.

Some people find it weird when they see people keep on spending money on things that recently used to cost cheaper. One of the reason why I am not surprised with it is because it sometimes turns out that people have plenty of money. They arent hidden millionaires, but many have savings. I have noticed it first during covid. When borders were closed, people who used to travel 2-3 times per year had unused money. People always try to save during year for a summer or winter vacation. Now they have those spare 2-4 thousands to spend.

Also I notice that previously used car market was quite busy. Now people still need new cars in their 5-15k price range, but used car trading areas are either empty or filled for 1/3 only. That is quite an imbalance in economy. Shortage of import; people have money to spend. This is why I am not surprised when people keep on buying expensive things. Those who have little money, their spending habit hasnt changed much. Those who have money, dont know how to spend them.

we have to be careful on how to manage our resources. we should be Wise enough to balance between the income and our expenses. For instance, you can decide to cut down or reduce the number of things you buy in order to balance between the two sides especially when you realize that what you are getting as income has not increased and the price of what you are buying has increased. for example, if you do buy three items with three dollars before, and suddenly it goes up to three dollars per each, then, you can decide to reduce the number of the items to one and manage it like that and life continues.
Just keep it in mind  always that in life, we don't always get what we want and by so doing, you will have rest of mind. since that's the nature of life, you are the one to adjust your self to the direction of life.

Well the world won't adjust to us; we're the one to make our own adjustment. Majority, if not all countries, are highly affevted by inflation which make things expensive. If you are an average salary earner, you will be left with choices; adjust your expenses or increase your stream of income to maintain an existing lifestyle. However, there are those which are able to cope up with other things such as saving for the things they want to buy which is for sure effective. Some people are also using financing to extend their money. Well, whatever would work more if you do have your own wants and needs in life.
When it comes on needs and want of course we know what should be prioritized. But if you have your own ways to pursue both of it at the same time then that would be better. This is also the reason why many people are doing 2 or more jobs on this day simply because they know that they have to cope up with their life situations.

when one tries to understands how to manage changes in life, the person would also be able to get the full knowledge of how to respond to changes in financial situation like the current inflation in the prices.
one should have knowledge of the difference between want and need, then he will choose them according to their most or more prefer. That's in order of their preference. you don't just spend lavishly.

I do agree that things getting more and more expensive is a big deal, but if we have to deal with it then we have to deal with it, and in most cases we do not realize how important that is. I get that people may think that we are not going to get anything major out of this, but we will definitely end up with a lot of trouble if we are not careful.

I believe that the best thing to do would be just cut down our own costs, whatever is the most expensive thing we spend on, we should cut that down, sometimes I do that when I need to and recover from the bad financial situation I am in and then I end up doing much better later on. That's just how it should go and I believe that will probably be the most important part of it.
