I can confirm that everything works fine on my end, and opening all pages is very fast without any issues.
I have no doubt eXch website is under constant ddos attacks all the time, and that could create some periodic slowdowns for some people.

I have a browser with Malwarebytes extension, it didn't find anything suspicious on exch.cx site. I also visit exch regularly and have never had a warning like yours.

Thanks for your comments.. MB has a lot of false-positives anyway, some days it even blocks government websites.

Just opened eXch website now and it's working fine (MB didn't show any warning this time).

Hello there..

I'm getting these warnings from Malwarebytes and I want to know if it's just me and the reason behind this:

Question: I see that affiliation program is available. If so, since eXch is non-KYC, what prevents someone from using their own affiliation link when exchanging to, essentially, reduce the fee?
Better to get official reply from the team, but what I heard is that affiliate application needs to be manually reviewed and approved by eXch admin for withdrawal to work.
This is usually used by their partners who are using them as third party exchange or someone who is big influencer in the crypto space.

Good question, in any case, when you want to withdraw your coins from your affiliate link, you have to contact support and send them your public affiliate links. I imagine that based on social media posts, dates, shares etc... they get an idea of the affiliate's credibility?

Farewell, Leo
Perhaps sometime in the future the eXch team will rework the anatomy of the drop-down list so that the "Exchange rate not found for BTC/BTC" notification is instantly displayed when you select "BTC/BTC".
I think this will require javascript, and as far as I can see, eXch does not have anything other than html and a bootstrap css script in their main page. It's good that they have taken care of not including bloatware in the front-end; most of the operations happen on the back-end, as should.

They have not stated eXch is non-javascript AFAIK, so they might introduce it at some point, even though I don't see a reason. Being told that BTC/BTC is not available, might be discomforting (for those who want to mix?), but it's harmless.

Edit: They have said eXch has no javascript in here.

A little clarity for those who have never tested eXch.

Even though you can ostensibly choose "BTC/BTC", you will not be able to make an exchange. Perhaps sometime in the future the eXch team will rework the anatomy of the drop-down list so that the "Exchange rate not found for BTC/BTC" notification is instantly displayed when you select "BTC/BTC". But to be honest, this is not so important since you will receive this notification as soon as you try to enter your Bitcoin address or click the “Ex/Calculate” button

We have recently discovered that some service named "MrStork" has advertised an exchange platform on this forum with a rip off of our web-design. While we have no evidence (for now) that this specific service is a scam scheme, we believe it is a potential scam scheme since nobody with proper ethics would blatantly rip-off other service's web-design and advertise as a new platform.
If you remember I was the one who first notified you guys about this suspicious clone ''exchange'' a while ago Wink
It was obvious to me they used everything from eXch and made some silly excuses when I asked them about this in their ann topic.

There was already an "exchange" that ripped off our design completely called SWP[.]CX and was proven to belong to a known scammer (more information here https://anir0y-scams.info). There are however already some signs that "MrStork" might be related to that scammer. We also believe that MrStork might be responsible for recent DDoS attacks targeting eXch because the stylometrics used in their announcement thread match emails containing threats we received from the DDoSer.

We strongly recommend avoiding any services that are blatant and obvious copycats of other known and established services.

My question is that if the RBFed transaction gets finally confirmed, will it be recognized by the exchange?

I was curious ; so I did a small test. I sent some satoshis with a 26 sat/vB fee. Waited for eXch to detect the transaction. Bumped the fee to 44 sat/vB.

The exchange was successful, I received my coins. I think the service only consider the first transaction with 1 confirmation to the address given for the swap, no matter what the interface is displaying (the interface indeed did not update the txid when I did RBF until the deposit got 1 confirmation)

Thank you for the heads-up, paid2! And many thanks to eXch for all these raffles! One more to go and half of them will be finished...

I announced this raffle too in the Romanian translation of OP and NeuroticFish did the same inside the thread dedicated for contests Smiley Good luck!

Thank you to both of you GazetaBitcoin and NeuroticFish for sharing the raffles in your locale section  Smiley

I've a question regarding the interface: Is RBF currently supported? (I haven't found it in the FAQ).

Recently I started an exchange and saw the fee of my transaction was too low, so I RBFed it, and the TXID of the transaction changed. However, in the exch interface, the original transaction ID was still shown as the deposit transaction, even after several refreshes. To be sure, I double spent the transaction before it got confirmed and started a new exchange.

My question is that if the RBFed transaction gets finally confirmed, will it be recognized by the exchange?

@eXch when will you add Solana?

Chances are big that the answer will still be the same:

When will you start accepting Solana?
They were asked about adding Solana to the platform last year, and this was their response. Perhaps they are first waiting for the hype to die down.

It is possible that Solana and some more popular currencies will be added, but we will await till the end of some hype trends first, because currently it's hard to tell whether Solana's popularity increase is natural or made up, but of course Visa's adoption is a serious step for it (but let's see if they don't change their mind?). We are also awaiting for more audits in regards to their code and network decentralization.
