for me, selling an airdrop immediately is fine because you just get it for free, and you can rarely receive a token from any airdrop that will list their token in any exchanging site, so if I have one token fron any airdrops than can exchange to any exchanger, I will exchange it as soon as I can.

When I got the some coins from the airdrops it depends on the amount, if the coins that I have got is small and very cheap I prefer to hold it for a longer time better than I sell but in low price. But if I got high enough amount I will immediately sell it to stop wasting time.
