The fact that you get an airdrop does not mean you should not ascertain the value and decide to sell or buy more for such value. People often give away opportunity to better their lives by selling to soon what could have turn their finances around!

The decision to take on the token I get from airdrops will depend on how promising the project is. If it is a very promising one, I may hold till the value rise but if otherwise, I will exchange it immediately for a better one.

I don't see any reason to sell tokens from Airdrop immediately after receiving, in most cases send such small amounts that they can't even be withdrawn! This trifle doesn't play any important role in your life, and if you leave these coins and wait until pump of the market, then it is possible then to get something substantial.
It really depends on the kind of tokens I'm getting. If it's something I believe is great, I will definitely hodl it for a term, and wait for a bull market, but if it is a shitty project, I will exchange it, maybe immediately I get a hold of them and then buy coins or invest in an ICO that is good.

Depends fully on the project as if they have a good roadmap with a solid team that are hardworkers and have a solid hardcap I'm going to definetly hold that token but if the team is not so focused on the project and marketing, most of the time I sell that token immediatly as I do not want to assume any risks by holding it.

I still have the entire wallet clogged with coins from airdrops, the price of them as was and remains a maximum of a couple of dollars. You lose more on commissions for transactions and commission exchanges than get money from their sale.

When ever i receive my token no need selling it or exchanging it why because it's not good and will not profit you a lot os better for you to hodl your coin and wait for it to boom.
