I like the site, you don´t need any verification if you already own btc, eth or neo. Its exchange is very comfortable, the transaction fees are low. And besides that, you can buy a lot of coins. All in all it´s a huge altcoin playground  Grin

But there´s one thing I don´t understand: I´m logging my trades in the blockfolio app, but the prices of some of my past trades (btc/xxx) are changing all the time. For example, i bought ELIX last night and the trading price varies between 1.19 and 1.21. In fact, I bought at 1.16.
That doesn´t happen with other exchanges like the waves dex or bittrex.

Does anybody have an idea why?

And, sorry for that: If you want to register, maybe you wanna use my invitation link:

or just enter the code 1eHs2 during registration. If needed, I´d love to help you to return the favor.

Hi there, Im not yet registered on KuCoin, but thinking about it because it seems to be a fast growing exchange. Would it be correct if I compare KuCoin with Binance? For me it makes the impression of being somewhat in the same area of exchanges as Binance. Please correct me if Im wrong. If Im right with that assumption: what differs it from Binance? What makes it superior?
The most obvious difference is the selection of cryptocurrencies. Binance has more of them, but KuCoin is adding them almost daily and some coins are available on KuCoin but they are not on Binance, nor Bittrex.
Trading fee is the same, 0.1% which is lower than other exchanges (Poloniex, Bittrex...)
And their token has different role. If your hodling Binance Coin, you get half smaller trading fees on Binance exchange, if you hodl KuCoin Shares, you get part of their profit from trading fees, daily. So I think that KuCoin Shares are more rewarding, especially if you consider the growing volume on KuCoin exchange, which means that owners of KCS will get more and more free coins every day.
Decision is yours, but if you decide to register, feel free to use my link, thanks Smiley

It seems that there are some problems with servers again. Do you also have problems logging in?

How is the voting working? Do you need to pay KCS to vote? https://www.kucoin.com/#/vote

The best thing about kucoin every token or coin is flying after listed on there. It is really amazing.

Also it passed 100m daily volume which is amazing. $112.080.673 last 24 hours.

Kucoin is huge in Asia and in time could be the biggest exchange there. Many new coins are looking to list there and those that succeed are doing well, that to me is an indicator of how well the exchange is performing.

You get bonuses off of each asset you hold that's traded on the whole market.
 A big referral bonus.
Kucoin gives you a piece of EVERY coin on their market for holding kucoin shares.

You're getting a piece of the trading fee from every trade on the platform.
Definitely looks nice to see even fractions of a coin across the board.

Here's about a weeks worth of accumulation from holding 30 kucoins for a few days, and most recently 7 during the past week.           https://i.imgur.com/ia5UiMh.png

My referral is  https://www.kucoin.com/#/?r=E61Toa

They'll be buying back tokens, so similarly to Binance, a decrease in circulating supply and we see what that did.
Currently they don't have large requirements to move coins off exchange i.e. large fees for withdraws like Binance started doing, and Hitbtc etc.

The no verification thing is a bit different. I am a little weary, but it seems its worth a small gamble.
They have 2fa for login, and to start trading. Pending deposits show how many confirmations they have and are updated in real time.
Easy max coin sell and buy button. Easier to use than Binance imo and smoother.

Nice selection of coins, and Raiblocks is coming soon as well.

Kucoin has been a great exchange for me,

Many of the coins I have been stocking up on such as Dragonchain, DeepOnion are easily available there as they are not yet on larger exchanges such as Binance/Bittrex etc.

The process of transferring and withdrawing is very simple and the platform is easy to use, Just a shame I did not buy their own Tokens before this dramatic rise!
yes, many of the coins that only kucoin list has a huge pump these days, i think it will be the next binance cause the trading volume is increasing very rapidly

Hi everybody, sorry i am new to bitcoin /crypto and this forum and i would like to point out the following :

I cant find anywhere in the kucoin website that you can verify as a user, which makes me very worried

also the site doesn´t seem as smooth functioning as Binance.

do you all think i can trust it and it wouln´t just close one day ?

thank you

I can't say that they won't close just one day.

I can say that i believe the odds are same for bittrex and kucoin will close website and go one day.

You also have to consider inside jobs and hacks and stuff. There is a lot more than just them closing. A payback of like 20 to 40 years is massive in such a new industry and so many unknowns. Even in the real world you wouldn't invest in such a high payback period because it doesn't make sense. If the exchange grows that would be cool but as it is it is a bad investment.

I just created a new account on KuCoin and will try it once there's a coin that are not available in exchanges. I heard many positive feedbacks on this exchange just like Binance so I'll see in the future if that's really true.

Very impressed with the Kucoin platform and bought myself a bunch of Kucoin shares as well; looking at the exchange's infrastructure, I'm hoping this will grow similarly to Binance. Here is my coin review video for anyone interested:

I also highly appreciate the foundation and community that Kucoin brings to supporters and investors. Actually I think Kucoin can match Binance in the near future. Kucoin is gradually attracting investors interested in it every day. This is really a good strategy and how to make a great plan of Kucoin managers.

This is my first post and I am researching Exchange Infrastructure coins.

Initially I was wowed by Kucoin because of its nice UI, its smart marketing and its new way of rewarding holders. With more thinking and research, I have concluded that its overvalued because it is "worth" so much but used so little. Its high worth combined with its young age makes it a high risk bet.

See image for my basic analysis of why its overvalued at the moment:

Binance 19.48% of total exchange volume
BNB 7.48% 24 hr volume to market cap -> coin is somewhat used on its exchange

Kucoin exchange 0.29% of total exchange volume
KCS 1.22% 24 hr volume to market cap -> coin is rarely used on its exchange

Im also happy to correct myself if I have made any errors.

You just can't compare only two exchanges volume.

Their tokens have different purposes.

Kucoin share is giving half of the fees to holders. Binance doesn't such a thing. It is the main reason. If binance were doing something like that price of it would be much more.

So do you think the premium paid to earn such fees is justified? I'm just curious to see how we can figure this out because if I assumed the fee discount on binance has the equivalent value to the dividends paid on kucoin I would value each KCS at just under $1.

You can't compare this. Binance token 10$ because the demand causes it become 10$. People want to pay %50 of the fees's make it 10$

Kucoin 3.5$ because people got share is making a demand and it settle the price on 3.5$. They are both very different things.
