36 days since my ticket (#10428) was created... 17 days since they said they would look into it... Nothing but a simple delayed deposit that was never rerouted from my deposit address to their wallet and into my account.
Honestly just posting hoping that this will get someone's attention. I don't think I've ever dealt with a less responsive team in my life.
Why did you wait too long? You should've written it after 48 hours passed at most.
I hope they can fix your problem. It must be very disturbing.
I reported the issue a couple hours after it was clear that something was wrong with the contract because usually it bounces straight into their wallet and into my account from the deposit address. When it got stuck I knew it would probably be something that had to be manually fixed. I was regularly updating the ticket with any new information I could gather and asking for help all along the way.
Their first response 17 days ago was when I tweeted at them and they said they would look at it. I kept asking for updates until finally today I tweeted again, message the rep here, and made this post... good news is just a few moments ago they fixed it!
I try to be polite and give people the benefit of the doubt... but it seems a bit too coincidental that after a month of nothing as soon as I hop on here and post they manage to fix it. I never thought they were crooks, but it does seem like they take some prodding and poking to get their help.
Tread with caution as always it seems is the lesson.
