hello, today i tried to withdraw 3.134 MLN tokens from liqui, and its been 12 hours with no txid, how do i contact support other than freshdesk, because i need that cash to pay the rent!
I don't think messaging them on twitter would be helpful because afaik they only focus on support tickets, but you can try. Just use the freshdesk and wait for the reply., it won't be an instant.

Liqui's bitcointalk account has been inactive for several months and if you don't want to contact them through freshdesk then you have to wait for their response.

Send them a message on their twitter account. "https://twitter.com/Liqui_Exchange"

Maybe that can help if any of their representative is working on their account and recent post was last May 30 so that's not yet too far from today.

There's also a thread that's created as a complain to their support. Liqui.io - No Support = Stealing Coins

After 4 months ! my eth deposit has been credited. Now it is worth 1/3 of amount back then however it does not really matter. So now I want to withdraw it . Could you please advise what is the safest currency to exchange it and to withdraw it afterwards as it looks like liqui is not good with ETH.

Also when i log in with my desktop, the exchange is not loading properly. I tried with 3 different computers. With my mobile, it load correctly however do not see option for witdraw. Thank you in advance for any help.

I would go with BTC if you want to swap it first to something else. But tbh try with ETH. To be safer don't do it with whole amount at once (wait a bit before each transaction), and probably better during night in EU so there is less transactions during that time.

Waiting 10 weeks already. My 20 ETH withdrawal transaction got replaced by some other ~0.1 (with same nonce). I reported it on same day. After few days I opened the ticket. To get a reply had to wait a month. They just wrote standard msg that it's not nesesery to open ticket and that if I report this transaction it should be solved within 72 hours...

My two TaaS withdraw requests were not accepted. I reported both through the system.

First: #635872 (Reported)

Second: #636227 (Reported)

Please perform these requests. If you do not, cancel it.
It's been 2 days since the request was sent.
Thank you.

Already did. I never had any problems with my other backups but all the others are also not 64 digit keys... I know that the key is correct so I guess the problem is on their end...

Does anyone know what good the 64-digit key for the 2FA that they give you is? I tried using it to backup my 2FA but it says that the key isn't valid... How can I now reset my 2FA?

I'm pretty sure it's used for that purpose, this applies for all exchanges and not Liqui only. If it's not working, you may want to try and contact the support.
You tried resetting your 2FA and got an invalid key? Have you checked the time on your app if it is synced correctly? If yes, this might be really on liqui's side. I also wonder why they provide a 64 digit key while others only have 16 digits.

Oh, seems that this has been an issue before as well and just got solved by contacting support. Reddit post here

I'm also waiting for my deposit for 9 days now!
No response from support team..  only "processing" status!

I have deposit the 13 eth into liqui to buy the srn code, but when using the cell phone to get my eth address, the interface on the phone does not exist, so I have figured out the way is on the history of withdrawing eth to see my TX ID on etherscan to get my eth wallet address. Unfortunately, that address is not the address of my wallet, That is eth wallet address of liqui exchange (0x8271B2E8CBe29396e9563229030c89679B9470db). So I sent a mail to liqui exchange for them to refund me.

I have made support request # 29053 #29654 , however, has passed 150h and has not received any support from you yet. I would like to send back the verification image that I made the deposit into eth wallet.

So, I look forward to receiving your assistance to solve this problem for me.

I am self-employed, with four kids, living in a tiny two bedroom shithole. Thanks to crypto, I am ready to rent a bigger home for my family.

However, being self-employed, I need to provide my most recent tax return.

The problem I am facing, is that I am unable to get my full trading history from liqui.io

The API will allow up to 1000 trades to be downloaded at a time.

Using cointracking.info I was able to set up an API and get history of 1000 trades, I have tried everything to try and get the rest, to no avail. I can only get the same 1000 trades each and every time.

I had sent a support ticket back in October 2017 asking the 1000 trade history limit be raised.

After months of no response to my ticket, I was able to find someone who knows how to code and was able to write up a code that was used to access my API and he was successful in obtaining all of my trades up until August 17th 2017, after that he was unable to retrieve any trades, even though my last trade was in November 2017

Now it appears as though the API permissions to access my trading history have been taken away and we are unable to retrieve any trades whatsoever.

I believe the reason is that, when using cointracking.info, they let you make a call to liqui's API one time per hour, however the person I hired for $500 to write the code to retrieve my trading history downloaded 4985 trades in under an hour.

My only thought, is that, the API is now restricted as he was making a call to frequently.

Please help me Liqui, if you have blocked access to my API can you please unblock it, so that I can get the rest of my trading history, file my taxes, and move my family out of this shithole apartment?

The ticket number is #29883

Thank you in advance Smiley

I am offering a bounty of $500 to anyone who can get my trading history from liqui!

For crying out loud! Please liqui - I have been asking you for over 5 months! Surely you have someone in your office who would be willing to lift the ban you have on my API so I can get the rest of my trades, or if not, at lease send me a file or something!

The ticket number is #29883

If you work there, and see this, please help, I will pay $250 if all you do is unban my API long enough for me to get my trading history, or I will pay $500 if you send me my complete trading history in a .csv file.
Still waiting for a reply to my ticket, almost going for 6 months now, never one response to my ticket.

In my opinion this is the worst exchange in the world if you ever need customer support.

Unfortunately I have the same issue with deposit ETH from BITSTAMP.

Bitstamp uses contract transfer, so it is internal ETH transfer. This type of transfer is Liqui not able to process. The ETH are on Liqui ETH deposit address, but not credited to your wallet.

THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE!

The worst is that my support ticket #25312 about this problem is processed for 18 days(!) without any reply.

Very sad.
UPDATE: after 22 days they replied: "We will check it." and that was 4 days ago...

I don't think Liqui is a scam, they simply do not have ETH contract transfer implemented and terrible support, so DO NOT send ETH from BITSTAMP!
I've tried another ETH transaction from standard MEW and it went smooth.

UPDATE: after 33 days my ticket has been solved end ETH credited to my account!
Good to hear that your issue was resolved, i will stress to liqui exchange admins to pay a compensation to the users who suffers because of delay from exchange side.
