Why should I Deposit coins into EXMO when I can't get them out?

New EXMO user here;
So after resading some good things about this new EU based exchange, i decided to move forward and made a couple of BCH and ETH deposits / withdrawals to test the platform early yesterday.
The first one went through normally; but the second has been held by EXMO for no reason for the last 24hrs
The BCH network has no problem whatsoever and i made similar tansfers with other brokers the same day without any issue.
All payments cleared in less than 30 minutes.
I sent a couple of tickets about this (ticket 252725) but no answer so far.
I understand that many exchanges struggle these days under the ever increasing number of users but it is quite a disappointing experience for an exchange that i thought to be A rated, customer oriented and reliable.

Not sure how this will be handled by the EXMO team but meanwhile judge for yourself if you plan to use that exchange

My new experience is that Deposits are fast and Withdraws are NOT!!

Hi! The EXMO situation is getting clear. Everyone who lost ZEC transactions to EXMO is recommended to check if their EXMO wallet addresses are in the list of transactions sent to the folllowing address: https://explorer.zcha.in/accounts/t1LJtWapejZev6G4F7LgNMgwBACunL2pgZg. This is where the funds from EXMO crypto wallets were accumulated, including my own ZEC after I sent it for fiat exchange. In fact, all of us are the victims of a theft, and EXMO actions regarding that issue look like a coverage operation. The thing is what we are going to do about it NOW.

Exmo have some bugs... I want to make a EXMO better amd wrote a letter to the address [email protected] with a proposal to cooperate with... but answer has not yet received
I'm really concerned about EXMO being able to keep its operations. I had many other problems with EXMO, but every single issue was solved pretty quick and never had a value missing problem. Last week i tried to make a withdraw of only 500USD from EXMO to ADVCASH, i received a sever error, and my 500USD went missing, this transaction has no record in my account, every possible log that i looked into doesn't show a 500USD withdraw, the money just disappeared.
More than 5 days have passed and not a single answer from EXMO support, the online chat only inform that they cannot help me. Unfortunately i can't keep my money or coins with EXMO, i ended every position that i had and withdrew all my funds. Until they prove they are solid, i can't put my dolars in their hands.
