I never seen for FB or Instagram do ban advertising btc or ICOs. Yeah, if it is objectionable advertisements of ICO companies, maybe post can be deleted by FB. If the advertisement is given correctly, then this will not be a problem i think.

Till today i see lot of ico ads in facebook i think the ico advertising on facebook rule might have been relaxed as of now with new set of rules or else news is fake ads are running as usual
