Facebook only banned paid advertising ICO and crypto currency. As far as I know among my friends and acquaintances, none of the members of the bounty campaigns with ICO advertising was banned.
Why is this happening? I thought facebook bans stupid posts like violent ones or sexual things. I guess it's unjust if banning campaigns about cryptocurrency on facebook. It doesn't do any bad moves at all on the social media. Facebook has the fastest way of sharing information and many people can do the same. So it's unfair if other things will be posted not this kind of business.

FB is just trying to protect its scamed users which is why they are being blocked.  The block is a good desision too as these scams soil the name of the crypto market and it is one of the reasons why so many people are scared of investing in the market and think it is a scam.
I thinking blocking the whole crypto community because of a few scammers is not good. Facebook is a bigger company and they have many specialist so they have to make a policy for that to stop only scammers and they have to create a filter with that policy they will make the crypto community more confident as people will know that the ads on facebook are only from legits.

I don't think that would do anyone good, especially this crypto community. We are at a time when we need publicity from every ends to help us with letting people join our course.
Even if we are to look at the other side(Facebook) itself, CEO Mark knows that crypto as a concept is going places, hence all he is doing is seeking more attention from this world.

If facebook struggled with ico, then not one company would be able to post its page there. Less spam and everything will be fine.

It is true that a lot of ICOs are a scam, but there are some legit ICO projects too. Banning all is not a fair decision. I think Facebook authorities would reconsider their decision soon.
They will never reconsider this decision. I think they can make a lot of money by letting projects advertise on facebook, But they have blocked the entire ICO. Maybe they are afraid of bitcoin, and electronic money will break the facebook company

Some of my friends have banned accounts, so it's true. If you do not want to take risks, do not participate.

Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?

Facebook is one of the most influencial social media platforms, thats why most of the people in the U.S were being protected by facebook, in my own opinion facebook is really doing what the U.S government tell them to do, SEC prohibited U.S citizens from joining ICOs thats why facebook is just following SEC's regulation about ICOs, because most of the ICOs today are just raising a lot of funds and will eventually run away from these investors. If you really read the facebook's TOS it doesnt mean posting or sharing links with crypto-related topic using your profile will get you banned they will only stop accepting PAID-ADVERTISEMENTS with these ICOs, you still can post and share links of ICOs in your own profiles.

I don't believe it. This is because Facebook campaigns are still ongoing with many projects. So Facebook didn't really ban. But some posts regarding ICOs are removed with reasons being it looks like spam and it's against Facebook rules.

I do not agree with you. because Facebook is one of the biggest media in the world, everyone can access facebook and promote ICO via FB is a big advantage for token sales.
I think ICO promotion from FB should not be banned, but better participant bounty in FB should be limited. and only the best can participate in FB campaign

In fact, a very sad situation, because many people use facebook, a very powerful tool for advertising and sales. But I'm sure that with time this situation will somehow improve.

I hope twitter not banning ads for crypto like Facebook.

I think Facebook has not issued a ban on advertising from various bounty until now so that a person can still share to the general public in order to obtain a future income without having to think about the bad news that often disrupt the work.

I don't agree with that because facebook is the one that other bounty campaign can join specially all newbie or jr.member because now it is so hard to join in bounty campaign if you are in a low rank. But in the sake of many people i think that is a good idea too, to remove all scammets in this world.

From one side it is really bad for ICOs that are going to crowdsale and foer investors as it will be harder to find different projects. From the other side it is good because it will reduce the number of scam ICOs

Ban on fraud and scam crypto projects is actually good for the crypto community.

This is because the scam projects simple run away with the money of investors or fool them. This affects the trust of people on crypto and genuine projects like bitcoin itself. However, there can be other reasons behind this as well like Facebook decreasing competition as it is going to launch own coin.

Although there has been a drastic reduction in the rate at which bounty campaigns include Facebook campaign into their arrangement but there are still some that still do Facebook campaign till now, for this reason Facebook still allow but there is no doubt there has been restrictions.

Nah, they didnt restrict nor touched something about creating a page that contains cryptocurrency matters in facebook, and sharing it with another individuals. That is why there are still facebook campaigns, because sharing a post from a certain page has no restriction.
What the facebook basically banned was, the paid advertisers of cryptocurrency that randomly popped somewhere on your facebook page, if you noticed. Advertisement usually appears on the upper righthand corner of your facebook page.
